A good place for many bulk foods and spices. Nice place to get nutritional yeast without spending a lot. I like their toasted 3 seed mix (pumpkin, sunflower, and sesame) for homemade granola bars! Also good for flax seeds, cumin seeds, sumac etc. I just wish they had nicer dutch-processed cocoa powder.
HUGE selection of nuts, seeds, many different kinds of flours, dried fruit (food is organic and non-organic) as well as Indian products. Staff really helpful. Buy yourself a chilled Mango Lasso and mild or hot Punjabi Samosa on the way out!
I tried the Samosa and the Jalapeño Samosa — absolutely the best! Fresh, tasty and full of flavour. The service was amazing too, Marcel looked after us so well. Highly recommended
Can't fault it..it's clean & well organized, friendly helpful staff too. Great selection of everything Indian (& some Asian/Pacific items) in either bulk quantity or smaller bags. Fabulous selection of Fresh spices, the BEST in Chch! I've been a regular customer at their old location (Fresh4U on Manchester) but the new location on 501 Moorhouse is even better, with good plenty off-street parking. Prices are pretty sharp too. Keep up the great work!
Really good value, great quality food, very friendly and helpful staff. Some of the best prices on hard to find spices and other ingredients.

If I could do "zero" stars, I would. Made and paid for online order. Confirmation never received. Several attempts have been made to follow up on the order leaving voicemails and sending several emails with no reply. They will take your money and run. You've been warned!!
Fresh4Less is my favourite Indian grocery store. It is not my intention to shame the owners but I just want them to be aware that sometimes they make mistake in weighing their products. Today, the lentils I bought is underweight only 950g. And this is the 3rd time this happened to me. To the owners, please be careful not to make this mistake so frequently.
Stocks filled with Indian foodstuff in packets. Loose purchase option not available. Many short expiry products available at half or even less then half shelf price; worth for quick consumption. Their fresh Punjabi and jalapeño cheese samosas are best but fresh chapati is not worthy by product’s texture.
