First time for us to ever visit Nando's, we were pleasantly surprised with the menu, prices, atmosphere and the service was exceptional. I had the burger which was fantastic and wrap my wife had was delicious. I thanked the staff personally so thank you. Cheers Noel
Extremely rude woman (identified to me as the regional manager) was hostile towards us as soon as we sat down at an outside table as one or two of us had food from another store. We had intentions to order food from here but we were told to leave. Every other experience I have had here has been lovely. The staff are always so kind and generous.
Riley was super kind and helpful, she gave me free chips would recommend! Food was delicious too :)
Can't say it was the best Nando's experience I've had. Although there were only 4 people in the restaurant. The majority of the tables were still covered in food. Food came out in a good amount of time, but wasn't the greatest. Food tasted quite bland compared to other Nandos visits
Usually Nandos is a HIT! But unfortunately we were disappointed this time round. They did not have rice so I had to change my meal to something else and couldn't get refunded the difference because they do not carry or accept cash! Unbelievable and unfortunate! Chips were soggy and one of the kids burger buns were impossible to bite through. Really tough for some reason. The place was pretty empty too which isn't a good look. What's happened to Nandos?
I am a hard customer to please, because not only does the food have to be good, the service has to be tops. Unbelievable. This restaurant started with a lovely greeting and helpful waiter. The decor was exciting, and food fresh and tasty. How did I not try this place before?!
Food tasted good as per usual, however there were 3 teenagers running the place, the tables and floor were disgustingly dirty, and the staff members took 20 minutes to clean 1 table. Someone went up and had to ask for their table to be wiped after a staff member cleared it and left crumbs everywhere. Rubbish all over the floor, and staff standing around in kitchen talking. Also no duty manager on site to sell alcohol. Wonβt be back!
New & clean premises. Great food & value for money here. Staff are polite & friendly. Only small recommendation would be to clean lids of sauces more regularly so they donβt become blocked. Thanks 5/5
To be honest, it is okay but not like awesome or tasty. Sauces are just general and salad was just fresh veges. Chips were normal. I can say just pretty casual place to eat grilled chicken but healthier than fried food. I might visit again but just for casual eating.
