   Hi Grace of India Restaurant, We need to address this seriously. Stop serving low-quality food to the community. If you do not have the basic experience or capability to handle catering, then do not take bookings—it only ruins people’s events. Our friends and I travelled from Auckland to Papamoa, and still ended up leaving hungry. There was absolutely no catering management. Your chefs were busy making videos instead of doing their actual job. It genuinely looked like they were seeing a wedding setup for the first time in their lives. This kind of service is unacceptable. Fix your management immediately so no one else has to deal with this level of unprofessionalism.

   Exceptional Service Above and Beyond Expectations! I can't thank Grish Singh owner of Grace India Tauranga enough for the amazing service they provided during our recent work seminar. We were running short on time and needed lunch delivered ASAP, but had no time to leave the venue. Not only did the owner personally delivered the food even thou he had busy day ensure our food arrived quickly, but they went out of their way to accommodate our tight schedule. The food was delicious, fresh, and exactly what we needed to keep us energized for the rest of the day. This kind of thoughtful service is hard to find, and it really made our experience so much better. Highly recommend for anyone looking for top-notch food and amazing customer service. Food is really authentic and satisfying. Cooks from heart. Thank you Grish Singh

Tauranga has finally got a great Indian restaurant that maintains quality with friendly service (an extremely rare combination in this city). Their variety of chaaps on the menu are a must try.    Hands down my absolute favourite Indian restaurant in Tauranga! They ALWAYS have the best meat. No weird chewy bits or gristle. Also not weird sweet sauces, this tastes actually good, my favourite is the masala but they also are great at so over all foods is very tasty .

   The food is great but the delivery service is not good at all. The first time we waited 3 hours for the food to arrive so the next time I ordered 2 hours early for it to be delivered on time. It was still over an hour late. Both times I had to give my child a different dinner because the food arrived far too late.
