The best Authentic Indian cuisine i have ever had hands down.
Ive ordered the Rogan Josh for the 3rd time now, skeptical at first trying new things as its always Butter Chicken but wow, it never disappoints. Garlic Nan, yum. I highly recommend Own Masala & guys, try something diffrent from Butter Chicken even though its the BEST, there food is Devine.

I have only used own masala through phone and I usually get their lunch time special. For 13 dollars for a naan bread, and some rice and chicken and flavoring and for 2 dollars more a drink, its great value and Ive tried the tika masala flavour and a beef flavour and they have been amazing, great food, efficient service. Great Indian food experience

The food here is good in taste, but there are some areas of improvement. The biggest drawback is the very limited options for vegetarians. Compared to the non-vegetarian menu, the variety and portion sizes for vegetarian dishes lack rationality and balance. For example, the menu clearly mentions half portions for non-vegetarian items, but no such consideration is given to vegetarian options.
When I enquired about including a vegetarian choice in the royal platter, I was disappointed with the response, as there seemed to be no flexibility. With a few more thoughtful vegetarian options and consistency in portions, the overall dining experience could be much better.

Excellent environment, friendly service, great menu choices and really delicious food and at affordable prices. Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend Nepali MO :MO and chicken lollipop.

Fantastic food and service eating in a number of times now. Love the tandoori chicken. We made a mistake on a takeaway order after our meal and they took responsibility though they did not need to; clearly they cared both about their food and about our experience.

Best Indian in New Zealand, and we've tried many. We come here at least once a week and have yet to find anything on the menu that doesn't reach our high expectations. Fantastic, friendly staff who are always very welcoming and accommodating. Highly, highly recommend.

Had a Lunch time deal for 13 dollars. O my the best butter chicken I've had. Was recommend by a friend who kept talking about how good it was. The madras was also high quality, but not as good as the butter chicken. The naan is amazing. I wanted to go a second time it was so good. But unfortunately couldn't make it before flying out.
