   This is the final straw for me with this store. Lack of range. Not adhering to their advertised opening hours. I suggest you edit your opening hours to reflect this annoying bloody issue. Coming withing opening hours to a locked door and being turned away rather regularly begs the question of why the heck are you here?!

   Absolutely disgusting service. If your business says it shuts at 9pm, then you expect it to be open until then. But apparently not at Big Daddy's. I arrived at quarter to 9 to be told that he was talking eftpos only and no cash (even though it's legal tender and has to be accepted) so I told him I'd put the money on my card and come back to be told that no he would be shutting the doors and not allowing me back in as apparently I'd take too long (the ATM was literally a 1 minute drive?) So I asked shy he wouldn't take the cash even though it was legal tender and he got angry and decided to be rude to me and tell me that he had to be out the doors by 9pm (but the business doors shouldn't shut to customers until 9pm?) so I left to put the money on my card in the hopes that he'd still have the doors open, which he did not even though it wasn't 9pm. And I knock on the door and he turns to me and proceeds to ignore me and not open the door and then i saw him counting the money from the till, so he hadn't even counted his cash yet and could've still taken my cash payment. Pretty rude and I won't be back.

   Discusting service I purchased a e cigarette that was faulty, it didn't turn on. I went straight back in to get a replacement or refund but was declined of both. My partner then went in and he got my money back straight away. Won't support a business who discriminates women and won't follow the consumers rights

   Rude staff are a highlight of this store and perhaps it's only saving grace is the late hours. Moral of the story don't miss the other store before they close or your going to have to visit this give. That's a no from me.

   Unfortunately I can’t recommend Big Daddy’s Rangiora. I don’t usually like to make bad reviews about local businesses (especially new ones) however on Saturday night I arrived at 2151 to find the shop attendant locking the door. The advertised time for closing was 2200. The attendant then went and stood by the counter and refused to let us in. It’s a real shame when they are the only liquor store open on that side of town at that time and we had particularly chosen to go to Big Daddy’s to try it out. Very disappointed to see them not adhering to their advertised operating hours. I will not be returning to Big Daddy’s and I strongly encourage everyone to support the Plough hotel bottle shop instead.
