I have ordered from this store twice on uber eats and both times they give my order wrong. I bought a box of 10 kirins and they gave it to me with duck tape and missing 4 cans. What the hell I paid money for 10 cans not 6. Second time they gave me the wrong drink. I will never order from the place ever again. So bad!!!!
The staff (Indian guy) has no professional sense. Has pathetic behaviour. Went there several times for UberEats pickup. Every time when I am there he always tells to grab it from the fridge by snapping his fingers pointing out to the fridge. And last time when I said that he has to him that he needs to get it for us as I am an Uber driver not working for Thirsty Liquor he gave me a bad feedback on UberEats app. Pathetic behaviour not gonna do any pickup from there. This is not India that you snap fingers at someone. We don’t work for you.
I have been to this store many time since I’m in NZ. Staff is very friendly and they always give you best price and deal. Guys running store in city centre is not easy and always try to support store this. Overall great store. Thank you
Great selection and they always have a good opinion if you're not sure what to get. Really enjoy the great customer service and great pricing. You won't be disappointed.
One of the worst liquor store in the Christchurch. The store person is never in the store. You have to go to the next store to find them and ask them to come. Even after that, they will probably say ahh that brand is out of stock. Don't waste your time with this,just go some where else
staff are rude & always give rude looks. was there 2 minutes before the store closed, knew exactly what I was going to buy. I ran to the store from the bus exchange in 7 minutes. just for them to say no, personally I've never liked the service of this store. absolutely do not recommend!
Went to get a 12 pack of Cruisers and a 12 pack of Vodka Tui, on the site it says both drinks should've been $25 each, $50 total. Instead a 12 pack of Cruisers cost me $33. All together it cost me $68. Wouldn't recommend going back too over priced and store is cramped I could hardly move around the store, store owner was in the bathroom so a staff member from next door took my payment. Also did not get my ID checked and I look young. Didn't scan my items, let alone give me a receipt until I came back to ask why I was overcharged, her response was this is your receipt and that was all.
words can’t even explain how disgusted i am after shopping here. Over charged us for drinks and was rude when we confronted them about it. Very cramped place, and dirty. things aren’t clearly priced, and things that are priced on website are wrong to the ones in store. don’t recommend way better places to buy drinks near
