   I should have clicked when there was nobody anywhere near ordering from this place. Have been here for six months from Australia and this has by far been the worst KFC I have had in NZ. Best rated by me so far is TePuke KFC and then Mount Maunganui industrial area KFC, which can be a bit hit and miss but not as bad as this one. Ordered a two pack and requested wings only, (which are smaller portions so most places generally throw in an extr wing) which the order was confirmed in broken indian, only to receive the normal pack, with one wing and a thigh fillet. Ordered a zinger pack, burger was soft and sad, lettuce soft, and only lettuce around the edges to look like there was lettuce, but could not even taste the lettuce there was that little on it, same with the mayo, hardly tasted it. The burger tasted like it had been premade and not freshly assembled at order. BOTH packs of chips were soft sad and nearly cold. WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN. I am wondering where the money saving tactics have been derived from at the risk of food quality.......HAVE A GUESS!!!!!

   A few days ago, I ordered the Wicked Lunch and it’s honestly a really good deal for the price. Everything else was great, but unfortunately the fries were undercooked. Today I went through the drive-through again and ordered the Wicked Lunch once more. While placing my order, I specifically mentioned that last time the fries were uncooked and asked if they could please make them extra crispy. Sadly, even this time, although everything else was good, the fries were still not cooked properly. I’m highly disappointed, especially after mentioning the issue in advance. I hope this feedback helps improve the consistency.

   Just went to KFC after not having it for a long time and it was shit!! The chicken was dry the coating had no flavor and was a dark color. A 2 piece pack is now $39. And on top of that I had to any an extra 1.20 to just have gravy!!!!! The whole meal was cold! The woman talking through the drive was in a hurry and blunt. Pissed off

   I’d already placed a previous review, but it wasn’t a serious one, so I’m making this one to clarify my experience. I was served during the dinner rush on a Sunday by a big guy, no idea what his name was, but despite looking like he was well-sick of his job, I’ve never been served better, he was attentive, told me what he recommended, and was quick to pack my order. My only grievance with what I got? Is that it was one too many wing pieces, other than that though, I’m definitely coming again.

   Worst experience at 449 Cameron Road. Ordered hot v spicy bucket and wicked wings with 3 large sides and additional drinks. When I reached home found 2 hot n spicy original pieces and 2 wicked wings were missing. Food wasn’t going to be enough and was embarrassing as had friends for lunch. I called the store and Floyd the manager took the phone call. To my at most dissatisfaction, Floyd was very unprofessional and despite explaining she didn’t wanted to believe me and she remained defensive and supported her staff claiming they packed the food properly. Finally I said to Floyd that I am shocked at how she as a store manager handled my phone call and a small constructive feedback. After continuing to defend her staff and making me feel that I am lying, Floyd said that she will leave a note in some book so that I can go back later some time and get those missing pieces. I replied I am not interested in going back to the store to grab those missing pieces and the purpose of my phone call was purely to address what happened in the form of a feedback. But her rude communication, lack of understanding, not knowing on how to handle feedbacks and unprofessionalism, led to this review. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH the staff / manager named FLOYD. KFC has a positive goodwill in the market but this particular branch will lose its name because of the current manager.

   Ordered online took payment and then it made delivery date for next day I'm not longer at that adress and am working! Phoned tauranga store they refuse to cancel it and will waisted food and my money and time. Lady was rude and I shouldn't have to wait 3 days to cancel a order she can just stop making as she had just recieved it! 3rd time haven't had order show up via kfc website do not trust it to order as the people in store swear they are unable to help and you need to wait 3-5 !days for a email reply!

   Very bad experience with KFC Cameron road.we order chicken breast pieces Chicken visibly overcooked. Coating dark and very hard to bite into, tastes was not good.The oil was not changes for last 1 months.Chicken flesh dry.chicken was cooked hours ago and very salty too. We couldn't finish our meal.

   It took close to 50 minutes to get our order with only 5 cars in front of us. I could only see one person working. This was our second time experiencing this. Clearly there is a staffing issue that the management needs to sort out. I feel for the hard working staff. Deserved one star as the food was good.
