   Store never answers the phone. Cannot contact them after an issue on the app. Chose delivery, has gone through as pick up. Cannot contact store to remedy. How hard is it to answer the phone?

   This is the worst pizza shop in Tauranga! Missing toppings, minimal amount of cheese and toppings, rude staff and they don't reply to their emails.

   Arrived earlier than expected, which was great. Very friendly driver. Pizza was hot and tasted great (Hawaiian with cheese crust). Will definitely order again .

   Such a bad experience with hot and spice pizza was having too many jalapeno on it such a bad experience with this pizza 2 slice made us sick and we have to through rest of it , when called store guy who answered the call instead of understanding the situation he replied “ this is how we make if we put Les jalapeno that is issue and now if we put more then it’s issue” I asked him that there should be formula based pizza as Pizza Hut is such a big company and he replied that they only use cups to measure things . Very bad customer service and very bad food .

   Website messed up mine and my partners order and didn’t send us a confirmation email but took the money from my account. Waited for a bit to see if it still went through anyway since they took the money out and received nothing about an hour later. Rang through multiple times with no answer and the only time they answered they apparently couldn’t hear me, so they hung up and proceeded to not answer after I tried calling back. Then, I decided to go in to see if it had gone through or at least have our money refunded. I had already emailed them about this before I had gone in. When I talk to one of the people on front counter, I show them the screenshot of the money being taken out of my account & tell them exactly what we ordered. They then check their orders and say they can’t find anything and that maybe I should call the store in the morning. As I go to leave they ask me when I ordered and if it was in the morning (which is stupid because why would someone wait until night time before going in store to find out if the order had gone through?) I say no, I ordered literally an hour ago and sent an email not too long ago as this was for delivery. He asked what the email was under and assuming he meant the order, I said my partners name bc he’s the one who put the order through. He goes to look and finds nothing & tells me that I should call back in the morning. Didn’t explain anything further nor did he let me offer my name instead for the email. So I left. Have still not heard anything from my email complaint I left. This was all done on Monday night. $60 gone and no dinner. I had to spend more money to get dinner elsewhere bc of this. If you ask me? That is poor customer service. You, Pizza Hut need to fix your website so you aren’t stealing people’s money from them and not putting the order through. That’s horrendous. Your response times for complaints needs work. I hope to hear from you with an apology and my money refunded sooner rather than 2 weeks later like the last complaint I had to make.

   Great pizzahut, recently had a trip down there for a family dinner. Very friendly with customers, was indulged with their quick and fast service to hand out our food and all being hot and fresh! Definitely recommend for anyone out this area to give them a try, will be coming back for many more dinners !!

   I had worst pizza again from pizza hut. Told them no jalapeños them put full of jalapenos on all of my pizza. They don’t listen properly.
