   We have a business account with Blacks. Yesterday, at poring rain, my husband sent me to Blacks with a very small but urgent list. The guy at the reception was very nice, he said all were put as per the list and he said he even put more screws than we requested. Arrived back to the workshop, my husband said NOTHING was right! One type of the screws, and I told the guy it was super important, was totally wrong. All other stuff were either wrong type or wrong numbers. Hence, my husband had to come there again this morning, they fixed everything but did NOT even apologise! How rude! Hugely disappointed! You surely can check and figure out who we are! I’d expect an apology email tomorrow. Very very pure service
