   Went in to buy safety boots with my son. Had a Boost discount app of up to 20% off for Blackwoods which is why we went there. Woman refused to give us our Boost discount as she said they were the cheapest anyway (but they weren't on sale) - this is not what the Boost app says, it is not a Price Match situation, it is a straight percentage discount. In hindsight I should have gone to PGG Wrightsons where I know I would have received the discount I was entitled to. Next time I will as I will not be returning to this store. Very disappointed...

   walked in for the whole kit and kaboodle, left with substitutes. Not many options in composite toe boots. Better options in other stores however staff disregard CGA claiming "you have to pay for it before we order it in and you cant return it if its the wrong size". Limited Hi viz jacket options had to change style to keep yellow airport color. Hanger loop stitching broke first time hanging jacket. One shirt had holes in back I didn't see when trying it on. One staff member inparticular unplesant to deal with.
