   I rang Blum as my kitchen cupboard corner hinge failed (older Kitchen) and the lady advised me to go to the Blum in Wigram Christchurch. I took the cupboard door with me as I wanted to make sure I got the correct replacement hinges, not knowing anything about this stuff. Thank you so much for the warm welcome, quick and friendly service and for fitting my replacement hinges. I have put the cupboard door back on and all is working better than it has ever has. You are a great team!

   Alexa greeted us warmly on entry and let us walk around the showroom before joining us with freshly brewed coffee and a hot water. We found her refreshing, enthusiastic about the product and very knowledgeable. In fact we were surprised to learn she had only been there for three years, as her technical knowledge of each component and how it worked was very in-depth. Front of house staff are the key to any successful business and Alexa is the perfect person for this role.
