   First time I’d ever been for a beard trim and now I see why I didn’t bother. Came away all kinds of messed up. If it’s gonna turn out this bad, at least don’t charge me for it and play it off like it’s okay. The front and cheek area are all off balance too. Will just leave it from now on.

   Recently went to this barber with high hopes due to its many good reviews but unfortunately left quite disappointed. Although the staff were very friendly, the barber layered my hair even though I never asked for that. My hair is an uneven mess, with one side longer than the other. Additionally, the sideburns were poorly cut, leaving me with an unbalanced and sloppy look. After the haircut, the barber washed my hair but unfortunately did not wash out the conditioner properly as well as only half-dried it, leaving me with an itchy scalp and wet hair.
