   I had a kerasilk a week ago, normally when I had kerasilk treatments before it took three hours and my hair was much shorter than it is now... however this time it felt very rushed and was done in two hours.. it wasn't even going to be blow dryed and straightened when I asked she just wanted to difuse it and send me on my way which i didn't realise at the time then i asked again after she difused it for a blow dry and straighten she looked very unhappy and was quite rough.. I washed my hair for the first time today and it's already looking frizzy and way curlier than it normally is after the treatment, I was also asked for an extra 75$ on top of the original price so I am feeling extremely upset and disappointed with the result. I felt that there was absolutely no care given to my experience. I definitely won't be coming here again, it was a total waste of money.

She has the best appreciation for what will suit a person best, great understanding of face shapes for hair cuts and skin tones for colour.
