   Pros - very lovely staff at the front. Two young ladies were kind and attentive. Answered questions appropriately. Restaurant had crisp napkins and comfortable dining furniture. Daal and naan were delicious. Now the cons - the food was terrible. We got a couple of curries, daal, and a vegetable. Not authentic in any way. The curries had a thick tomato sauce that made everything taste the same. There was more sauce than meat or vegetables. Seems overpriced for the quality and portion of the food. Our most expensive meal in NZ so far and we were disappointed. Not sure why Indian restaurants have adopted this over sauced version of cultural foods.

   Amazing curry house. IMO the leading location in Hamilton. I can't speak to atmosphere much as I have always dined earlier in the evening. Atmos has always pleasant in my experience.

   We had butter chicken. The best we have had. Also the naan was the best we've ever had as well. Butter chicken was creamy and the flavours delicate and exquisite. Also got a sharing platter which was delicious and drinks. Beautiful value for money

   Was my first time going there but found the customs service lovely and the food was amazing and very affordable. The location of the restaurant was very easy to find and the parking was fairly was get park up. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming and I will definitely be coming back again in the near future.

   Super impressed by the quality of service and food here! Impeccable attention to detail, product recommendations etc. Requested mild for my mum and despite not having the spicy heat the curries were still exceptionally tasty with a great balance of flavours. Would def go again.

   I was astonished that there are over 30 Indian restaurants in a small city like Hamilton NZ. I am glad we chose to have dinner here on our last night in NZ north. Food was great. We were 4 adults, but the quantity served could have fed 8. Unfortunately we couldn't get them to pack it and take away on a plane to Brisbane Australia. The service was good. Taste was authentic ! We come from Indian origins and we know our food. Good Job !

   Nice ambience and interior decor. The service lady is so lovely and humble and did a great job. Food was good. Its just that only chicken Tikka was used all over the curries and briyani which gives us the feeling of eating the same in all dishes. Rest all good, loved the paneer kulcha

   Stopped by for dinner on the way back from Auckland as other friends had suggested this place. The restaurant itself wasn't particularly busy so it was easy for our large group to get a table. They have lots of different dishes on offer including a set meal for 2 or more people. I ended up trying the malai kofta. The curry was quite flavoursome and really tasty. It went well with rice and naan. The kofta itself was soft and creamy but held its shape in the curry. It was a nice balance of flavours and the portions were quite good so it was a really filling dinner. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and tastiness of the dish. A really nice place to stop by for some delicious curry.

   The meal I had here was very nice. The sausage meat on skewer was well cooked and very tasty the main menu curry dish though I forgot what it was called was lovely and of course always nice to have a Kingfisher beer to wash down a good curry
