   Went here for a nice take away dinner with my partner and Grandmother tonight, Isaac had great customer service and we all had a good laugh while he was preparing our meal. Excellent food as well.

   I am writing to share my disappointment with my recent experience at your outlet. The salad I ordered was not good in taste or quality, and the veggie patty I specifically requested to be toasted was served without toasting. To make matters worse, when I contacted your customer care team to raise this concern, the representative disconnected the call without providing any explanation or assistance. This was extremely unprofessional and frustrating. As a loyal customer, I expect better food quality and respectful service. I kindly request that you look into this matter and ensure such incidents do not happen again.

   Terrible service at Ulster street. I visited the restaurant on 20 August around 7 PM, and the lady who served me didn’t even know how to properly heat the meat. When I asked her to reheat it a little more since I’m 7 months pregnant, she told me to check it by touching it and insisted it was already warm. I asked for certain salads, but she repeated the same ones and forgot the ones I had requested. When I reminded her about the ones she had missed, she ended up putting in an excessive amount

   I have been to all the Subways in Hamilton and this one is the best one of all. The staff are always friendly and look after you. If they are busy' then you just gotta to be patient they will get to you in good time. The food is always well presented.    There was No avocado so the team then made me the best sandwich i think ive had with lots of fillings and sauces. And a free drink and cookies to compensate. Outstanding service. Thanks guys :)

   It used to be great. But then the owner hired a lady who makes the worst possible sandwiches. She puts on gloves then touches her face. to cut the bread she uses her whole arm. Does she know what the gloves are for?? if you ask for it toasted she will put that bread back and get a stale old piece of bread. Does she think we cant tell it is old and stiff just because its toasted? then when I ask for a tiny small amount of onions and i show with my hands and my voice and repeat myself then she heaps on a fist full of onion and tries to add more if I dont stop her. every topping she adds is wildly disproportionate. She is gross, unsanitary, and can ruin any sandwich, even when she thinks she is following instructions. I forgave her for awhile assuming she was new. but now I just have to stop going there any more.

   I've been to this subway a few times . Today will be my last. I have subway very regularly from the te rapa store which is great. This store is terrible It's a mess The service areas are always covered in scraps. If this is what I can see as a customer. I hate to think what the back of house looks like. The service is terrible and slow They seem to have their own way of making things, different to every other subway. Today's purchase there will be my last. All in all.... terrible Subway NZ need to mystery shop this store and reprimand the owner.
