   THE STAFF HERE PRIYA, SUNIL ARE ARROGANT AND RUDE TO THE CUSTOMER, THEY DONT APOLOGISE FOR THE WAIT OR NOT HAVING ENOUGH INGREDIENTS. I RAISED THE CONCERNS WITH THE OWNER KUNAL AS WELL BUT NO RESPONSE. I HOPE TO REACH THE HEAD OFFICE IN AU. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS STORE.

   This is by far the best subway in Hamilton. These guys really do make the best subs and follow all the instructions. My partner is a jalapeño lover and the staff always remember his order (a massive handful of jalapeños). They really are wonderful. On top of that, the store is super clean. 5/5, would definitely recommend.

   Standard Subway in a mall, speedy service and decent flavour. Staff were borderline mean with the lettuce and greens going into the sub, but that seems standard these days. Stop being so tight fisted on the filling.

   Alex is amazing !!!! He makes awesome subs and is quick and efficient. I mostly see him working alone which i think is quite unfair. 5 stars for food and service. One star for atmosphere as Alex works hard and deserves to be supported.

   Terrible experiences , today no meatballs , another time walking in while the 2 staff members where outside smoking saying they had no bread , other times closing earlier than suggested times , very unprofessional, and bad managment if they have run out of bread???

   Worst subway ever! They are never open and then when they are nothing is prepared! It says open at 7am I'm here at 8:45 and am told nothing is ready. Won't be coming here again!

   I have been loyally ordering online from subway horotiu for 4+ years. In the past year the service has become atrocious. Most recently I placed an online order at 9.40am, for pickup at 11am. Now I work close to the store, and have 30mins for lunch so expect/need my order ready when I come to collect. At 11am I went to collect my order, and it wasn't even started. The staff member continued to served the customer in the store before asking after me. When I queried why my order wasn't ready I got too I only ordered 10 mins ago. Big lie! I then had to wait 20 more mins for my order to be ready. And it was wrong! When my coworkers and I sat down to eat our subs it was discovered all the salads where wrong (some of us have allergies!) and 1 paid for bacon and didn't get it. All in all i am disgusted with this service, especially as it isn't the first time this has happened. I will not be going to this subway again!

   If i could give this half a star, i would. This is by far, the WORST experience I have ever had at subway before. The person serving took 5 minutes to come to the front to serve us, then he was extremely rude. Didn't even ask if I wanted salt&pepper before he started wrapping my wrap then I told him I wanted salt and pepper and he looked annoyed that I asked. Didn't have Roasted garlic bread, didn't have chicken teriyaki which is what me and my partner always get!! Didn't have, carrot or onion and the lettuce was brown! Ended up getting a pulled pork wrap, they gave barley any meat at all and it was tiny! Partner got meatball and they tasted like nothing. Highly disappointed and a complete waste of money. I'll never be coming back here ever again.

   50 odd dollars spent. Completely stuffed up the order. Swapped the bread out to italian herbs and cheese and didnt say anything my son has a huge dairy allergy. We are going to go through hell over the next few days with this baby because of the staff incompetance. Very unhappy
