Great customer service — fast, reliable, and genuinely caring. My car needed a lot of work, and they even offered me a rental while I got a second quote since it was unsafe to drive. I ended up getting it fixed at Pitstop, and the work was done really well. When another issue came up, they fixed it for free. They always go above and beyond.

Had my exhaust done by Jono for my Ford Courier and couldn’t be happier with the job! He did an awesome job — the welds are tidy, the sound is perfect, and everything was done quickly and professionally. Super easy to deal with, great communication, and fair pricing too. Shocking I went in for a wof. And I was told it was going to cost me 600 to fix my car. As 2 very important parts in my car were broken I went and had a second opinion by vtnz and they have said the car is absolutely fine and the parts they said needed urgently fixed were not cracked at All. Please be aware of this place trying to make a quick buk. I also rung up after wards after getting my Warrent an they said it's not their problem.
Booked my car in for a transmission service- was told it would cost between $250-$400. Upon completion I was told it was $570, as it took more oil than they thought. After looking at the invoice and googling the oil brand/type, they charge over 100% mark up on the price you could buy the oil from Repco for. Would not recommend to anyone
Once again unbelievably great service. Stuart and his amazing team are just so friendly, helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this shop for all your tyre and extra needs. Hands down the best tyre service I've had in over 30 years of driving. Thank you to all the team at Pitstop Hornby.
Amazing service. Stuart and his crew were just outstanding. I had gone to Tony's tyre service originally and was confused at their advertisement for find anywhere cheaper and we'll beat it. Well, I'm so glad I didn't listen to that because by far Pit Stop are the best, and yes Pit Stop did beat the price at Tony's. Not only was the service great, the way they treat their customers was impeccable. I'm am overwhelmed at how great the staff at Hornby Pit Stop are. Highly impressed. My son had work done with them in the past and he was treated just as well, so it must just be how they roll. Thank you all so much, from one very happy customer.
