   I ordered the crunchy beef tacos. The majority of the taco was a huge leaf of lettuce with diced tomatoes, and about an inch thick of beef at the bottom. The food is very disappointing, and you can buy bigger taco shells at the supermarket. Here's what you can do instead: by supermarket taco shells, buy an Oxford mince pie, and combine the two. It'll be bigger, cheaper, and somehow still have more mince. The service is fine. The room itself is tiny and not set up for the popularity. Fortunately that should die down soon as more people eat bad tacos.

   Service: the man who served me could not have been better. Very kind & helpful, delivered my food due to me being on crutches. The food... edible but not tasty, the cheese was like plastic... the chicken was not heated thru - was obviously a prepacked microwave meal. Not even close to authentic Mexican food. Atmosphere: quiet. Good not to be hammered by blasting loud music. Nice clean tables etc. Sadly though we visit these places for food & the chicken nachos were very disappointing.

   The food is delicious and tasty. The fries are perfectly cooked and flavoured. I will recommend the naked chicken taco. You can also customise your burrito, and the servings are big. Enough to satisfy your hunger. Good deal for the price. The serving time is fast. There's no need to wait for too long.

   Never had one of these before and only went because the alternatives were macdonalds or kfc and it took quitea while to understandthe offerrings on the menu; our inexperience of this brand was compounded by the quickly changing digital menus. M acdonalds I really dislike and only eat when long distance flying and in the transfer lounges between flights and only then if there's no better option. Airline food on aeroplanes I find inedible and even the smell nauseated me, so I wait for the transfer or completely ending the flight. KFC I can't even walk past due ti the stink of it. So we chose to try Taco Bell as it was an unknown entity. Taco Bell whilst better than a KFC, is worse than a macdonalds. The meat was flavourless and too salty, the 'cheese', if it can be called that was a most disgusting gloomp and the whole thing tasted artificial; we had to eat mints to remove the taste from our mouths. This was supposedly Mexican, yet there was no Mexican flavour and absolutely no gest; I've had roast beef dinners which had more heat from mere black pepper than this muck had. To maje matters even worse they don't sell tea! Barbarians! This was our first, last and only visit ti this brand of plastic artificial muck and wineber again waste our time ans money; I really can't fathom why anyone would eat there, just felt like it wasn't actually food.

   Flavourless but also disgusting!?! Have been to Taco Bell in other countries and have enjoyed though definitely did not enjoy the food here! Unfortunately got food to take away and didn’t try till back on the motorway so no chance to complain/return the food. First bite of my crunch wrap I had to spit it out and I almost threw up - it was tangy in a way that no edible food should be. You could not pay me to ever try Taco Bell NZ again!

   Ordered online but pretty slow and poor communication. Friendly enough staff. Food is pretty bland. Hot sauces also pretty bland. Fills you up though. Carb heavy. Fresher ingredients than the USA stores but you pay for it. Mexican fries good.
