   This is possibly one of the worst Mc Donald's in the country. I dont think we have ever had a correct order given to us here. This morning we ordered a BLT bagel asked for the bacon to be on the side and paid extra for an egg to be added (Usually we just ask to swap the bacon for egg, but you continue to charge us the add egg price despite us not having/swapping it for bacon) so we've decided you can give it to us on the side of your going to still charge us. Any way we got our food, BLT still had bacon in it despite asking for it to be removed, and it was falling apart. The bagel ring was in three pieces. The 2 other muffins we ordered were also falling apart and had to be restacked. The coffee we ordered in a small size but you gave us a medium and still charged us for it despite not ever ordering a medium size. What are you going to do do to fix the terrible service at this place. I expect a refund for the extra cost incurred for the coffee size that we never ordered.

   This is a good one. They have good service. Are quite efficient. I never have an issue with my orders as I always check before I leae the serving window. And am glad they are close to home.

   Omg...absolutely spot customer service quick no hassle ordering....my trim milk latte was so exactly how I like and my 3 hash browns were absolutely perfect thank you taupiri mackaz I was served by 6.51 am...had surgery that day nil by mouth from 7am...perfect service thank you soooo much

   Decidedly busy. That did not make any difference to the level of service I received. Absolutely A1!!! Since I have difficulty with the automated ordering system I wasn't able to make the change I wanted. The gentleman at the counter up sized my coffee (as requested) and even gave me a discount for bringing my own cup. Awesome!!!

   Good food and convenient location for long trips. However the staff are the highlight. Over several visits, staff have been polite, cheerful and helpful. Their quality of service and friendliness definitely makes for a pleasant experience.

   Been to this location twice as it's on the way in and out of Auckland. Bathrooms are clean and unlike other locations, they're not out of half the menu. There is a ton of seating and all ordering inside is done by kiosk. There is a drive thru. If you're from the US, your mobile app will NOT work here, nor will you be able to make an account without an NZ email address to get deals or use the WiFi longer than 30 minutes per day, regardless of location. I wish the sundaes were half the size for half the price. They're enough for 2 people to share and cost $5.40 for the chocolate dipped one. All the desserts are on the expensive side for NZ prices. Visited February 2023
