   Had an off experience here the other day. Ordered a salad to go at the counter and paid. Waited approximately 15 minutes. Then was told that I had not paid, I informed the worker that I had, she did not believe me. I had to bring up my bank statement to show that I had paid. Between that and the wait time for a standard salad, I'm a little disappointed. But the food is always good. Definitely an unusual experience as Hell Pizza usually has amazing customer service.

   I got 2 pizzas, they were terrible. They were tasteless. I know now, why everyone goes to Pizza hut because their pizzas are so much better-depending on which shops you go to. I like Flagstaff and Melville, all the rest are mediocre. It's cheaper to go to Pizza hut, you get 3 pizzas and 3 sides for 2 hells pizza. The shop guy tried to rip me off, till I reminded him I should get a free garlic bread.

   Appalling to say the least we ordered delivery an hour and half later it was deleibered after being returned to the store despite us waiting outside for our order and no contact had been made. We were then offered the food that was stone cold a HUGE food safety risk and the chicken could have potential for salmonella despite this being bought to the stores attention they did not care 80.00 worth of worthless food time and money!

   Love this place, pizzas are well prepared and delicious. Ordering by the counter takes only 15’ to get ready. Today any dine in order over $40 gets a complimentary garlic bread on the house. Enjoyed the feta cheese pizza, accompanied with wedges and onion rings.

   Our go-to pizza place. We have pizza delivered from here probably once a week. Sometimes we also dine in. The kids love doing that. Almost every time the order comes through perfect. We have one pretty fussy kid who doesn’t really like sauce. So occasionally the pizza arrives with sauce despite multiple notes. But the delivery people are always great, friendly. And the staff in the store are the same. They get it right probably 95% of the time.
