   The food is alright. However, make sure you're certain of your order time if you choose to schedule it and double check by calling ahead because these guys could NOT CARE LESS if it was a mistake or their own system erred. I scheduled an order for a certain time and didnt realize that the order had instead been changed from scheduled to ASAP and when I called there was no way to reschedule it which was frustrating to say the least.

   I would like to share a very bad customer service that we experienced from a lady staff on 12/11/2025 around 8pm.we are a regular customer.we ordered a pizza online.we given cash by hand(coin).The lady staff said that “coins are not accepted & added can go to bank for exchanging coins”in a very rude manner. We cancelled the order just because of that behaviour.we never experienced these kind of behaviour before.

   For the last month my husband and I have taken away Italian with extra cheese. So generous with the toppings! Love the whole olives and salami instead of ham. Thank you for providing the Ham East community with tasty pizzas! Don't change anything!

   That had to be the best pizza by far that I have had in a very long time, maybe ever. A friend bought us a chipotle chicken which was insanely good. 10/10. Definitely coming back! Only thought to take a pic after eagerly devouring first few slices, so photo doesn't look anywhere near as good as it was. Well done team. Dominos and Pizza Hut are absolute garbage in comparison.

   I had very high expectations, used to be my favourite pizza up in Auckland. But, Hamilton just does not hit the same. Something is not quite there, I mean the pizza is nice it just isn't amazing.

   Ordered the cranberry chicken and Camembert pizza and the bbq wings, 20 min wait was ok, the pizza looks really good but taste not so good. The chicken on the pizza tasted uncooked and watery with a weird tasting Camembert. The bbq chicken wing were small and again tasted uncooked and watery while also having a very average bbq sauce, normally I love to use all the sauce but not today. For the price I paid, I was expecting more.

   So what a wait.. just over 30mins for 2 pizza and how sad to see no cheese at all on the meat lovers. On asking their staff, told "only have 1 cheese available here.. and you didn't want it.!" . no I didn't want mozzarella.. oh.. its ONLY CHEESE WE HAVE :( A Pizza place with only 1 source cheese.. How sad.. no where on walls says anything about their 1 cheese policy.. Rude manager too :(

   Unique Indian inspired flavour, has more spice than a normal pizza. Base is similar to Pizza Hut. Try butter paneer.

   Lazy Saturday purchase. Friendly man, love these pizzas. Waiting wasn't also too bad either. Walked in as just opened so super lucky. Nice clean shop. Really nice
