   I placed an online order on 22/4 and requested white rice be swapped for brown due to dietary needs. The store called shortly after to say brown rice wasn’t available, so I cancelled the order and was told I could get a full refund in-store. When I arrived, staff said refunds were only processed online and I’d receive it the next day. A week later, with no refund, I called again and was told—again—to come in for a refund. My partner went in and was told they still couldn’t process it in store. We finally got the refund two days later. Staff clearly had no idea what their own policies were, gave conflicting info every step of the way, and wasted our time and money in the process.

   The sushi here is pretty good. They are generous with the sushi filling, so it’s quite good value for money. The chicken katsu don is also nice. For drinks, I recommend the bottled black lemon tea - tastes so lovely and refreshing.

   Delicious sushi at affordable prices. Staff are kind, and a comfortable place to sit and eat. Would definitely recommend to others who are interested in buying sushi at any place other than the base.

   1. No Walkers sale there 2. Can only refund with cash 3. Bad customer service experience Ordered 2x smoked salmon walkers (which should be one for $4,90 or two for $9). I was charged $24.60, that was the price for 2x smoked salmon and avo sushi. That was not what I ordered. Then I was told they don't have Walkers. When refunding the money I paid, they could only refund by cash, but I paid with my card. The overall customer service was not good.

   Now this is an amazing sushi shop the arrangement within the store was just mouth-watering there's hardly ever a long queue services quick staff friendly and helpful there is setting outside generally always full because they're so popular and the food is so yummy there are drinks that you can purchase and for those of you who need forks and spoons they're on the bench by the window there's parking outside the store. Come on guys support local business

   Can someone explain to me what this is? Because it feels and tasted like plastic to me. My daughter bought this yesterday for my lunch and obviously I didn't end up eating the seaweed salad because I was not too sure what that is.

   I'm never disappointed when it's Sushi. St Pierre's is always particularly exceptional. Friendly staff, busy store, yet very clean! Efficient and fast service and yummy as always!

   A good cost/benefit option. I’ve just gotten the daily deal. Not the best sushi but can be a good choice when you feel like you need some. I like they work on the healthy conscious and offer brown rice and half carb sushi.
