   I ordered 2 pizzas both were without onion and garlic. During making order with their staff in the store there were no other customers. Now, problem happened after we got the pizza , they gave pizza with onion and garlic and I had allergy and not allowed to eat onion and garlic. So, no clue what staff was doing when I ordered pizzas. When I got that pizza home and I started having pizza I gif fustrated as I have allergy of those ingredients. I called in the store and the person who took my order he mentioned his name is Vika and not even sure he gave his real name. He asking me to keep that pizza he going pick up pizza next day. So, I left that pizza at my home for him as I wanted to tell that staff that first you need to learn how to talk to customers in NZ. Not sure where you from but make sure you are working in NZ. So you need to apologize. I asked him to hand it over to manager and he didn’t. Can you please reply here so everyone can see and for the feedback if there is any option such as nagative stars than may be you guys deserve that. Shameful act by the guy who handling query.

   i ordered online $50 family Feast and went to store for collection. there were already 8 customers waiting for their orders. there was nobody at front so i called and asked for my order and found my order is not there but payment was deducted from my card already. i was so frustrated it s 9PM and no food. then i asked them to refund back. they said it will recieve by monday. but untill tuesday no refund, i asked again and again, while on call they give me idiotic offer to take place order now as they was free that time. hell it s so desperate experience then i finally got refund back on wednesday. Never go again

   Was keen to objectively review this place, given the polarizing reviews and having not visited for years, despite it being a local, and a little more pricey than the USA franchises. Shame on me: my meatlovers was fresh, crispy base and tasty, it took exactly as long as quoted on a quiet Monday night, was rather excellent with lots of tasty toppings; garlic bread was cooked perfectly, and I would highly recommend. Maybe I was lucky this time, but I had a great experience.

   Outstanding Service and Delicious Pizza! I had an amazing experience at Pizza Club Max. The Tandoori Pizza was absolutely delicious, with fresh ingredients and the perfect balance of flavors. But what truly made my visit exceptional was the outstanding service provided by Vikas. From the moment I walked in, Vikas went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic dining experience. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional, making sure every detail was taken care of. His warm hospitality and genuine enthusiasm made us feel truly valued as customers. It’s rare to find such dedication and passion in service, and Vikas exemplified it perfectly. Kudos to him. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great pizza and top-notch service!    I'm not sure whats going on with this place, but the last few times my pizza has been rubbish and it's never consistent, I ordered a Thai chicken pizza and it had this thick layer of onions on the base, and no sauce, the base was soggy and all the toppings came off when I picked it up. I won't be ordering again.

   Why can’t you order any combo deals in person? Think it’s annoying they don’t offer this as I was told to order online. Worst pizza and garlic bread ever. Pizza was so bland and flavourless we threw it in the bin. Garlic bread lacked garlic butter, they put a very tiny smidgen on the very tip of each slice. We felt ripped off. Do not recommend.

   Today on 17th May. Our experience was really bad with pizza club Flagstaff. They did not make our 1 pizza correctly rest was good. When we called they argue about our tongue taste. My brother went back finally they made new pizza but when he was about to leave with pizza one female staff made comment. It was not good experience. First time we felt we ordered from wrong brach. Grey street customer service much better. They need to teach their staff about good customer service.
