    I called today to get a new battery for my car fob and the person there took the fob behind a partition and replaced it, without telling me the price. When he brought it back I asked how he opened the fob and said ‘there!’ pointing to the end of the fob. I asked if he could show me how he opened it and, again he pointed, as though I hadn’t understood him the first time. Again, I said ‘can you show me?’ At his point he huffed a said I needed a tool to open it to replace the battery. He was extremely unhelpful as he knew I would replace the other battery in my second fob myself. I will not be going back, even if I have to travel further together a key cut or shoe repair.
