I always have a great experience when shopping in Dotti, regardless of the branches, but Shirley in particular had a very engaging young lady by the counter. Always going an extra mile to help and assist, all while manning the floor is a huge job for one person! She seems to be acing it very well. Thanks, Dotti, for creating an example of what retail service should be like.
Always really good customer service from the team here. They're helpful, knowledgeable about their products, and happy to go that extra mile. When you're a no hoper like me with fashion, a team like this is so much more appreciated. They've helped me try new things and step out of my comfort zone.
I came in a couple of months ago to buy some jeans. Crystal, the salesperson, was extremely helpful, and talked me through the different options (there are A LOT!!) and gave me helpful feedback. Once I got home I discovered one of the pairs of jeans had a manufacturing fault. I live a few hours away from Christchurch, however the store was very helpful via phone and happy to wait for my return to Chch about 3 weeks later. Once again, Crystal served me and was fantastic at checking over the new jeans to make sure they were free of defects when we exchanged them. Customer service makes all the difference and I will return because of Crystal's service. Deeply appreciated thank you!

I came in here with my sister yesterday to find some fuchsia pants and ended up buying the pants and a dress ahaha. The store manager and staff were super duper lovely and were really helpful with trying to find what we wanted. Staff made us feel really welcome, complimenting our outfits and hyping up the clothes we tried on, truly one of the best shopping experiences I've had in a long time from anywhere. I will definitely come back, thank you so much!!!
Just walkout from your Christchurch The Palms Store because the saleslady made me wait unnecessarily long at the counter, there was even no urgency with her movements, slowly folding things and chit chatting with the customer before me and before that I had to wait for this customer to get another item while I wait - my family was waiting for me -so disappointed! I would have understood if I can see some urgency in her movements esp that the other person was buying multiple items and I only had one coat! I am in customer service too and this is poor customer service!
