Purchased a couple of servings of the ribs. They were overpriced, dry, tasteless, overcooked with a bit of sauce splashed on the top. What a waste of $50.00. Even the dog turned his nose up and walked away when we tried to feed him them after we decided they were just too disgusting to eat. Do better.
Food was good and customer service was help and kind
Shit service doesn't deliver food when order has been confirmed. And the times I have had delivery the food has been sub par. Attitude from the staff is terrible aswell
Ordered a thin stretched pizza but they made a normal one by mistake, then without me asking they offered to make the correct pizza and also let me keep the mistake. Replacement was made very quickly as well. Excellent customer service from the Sydenham team, especially when so close to closing time.

Forgets to put sauce on pizza, when approached by upper management decides the appropriate course of action is to call the customer telling them the customer is wrong and demanding we take up the issue with Uber Eats, because somehow the delivery driver must have forgotten to put sauce on the pizza. Would buy from here regularly as a treat but don't think I'll be taking my custom here again.
I normally love hell pizza but today experience very bad, Worst pizza I had in Christchurch. Wastage of money. Nothing was good. I just threw in bin. 0 food quality. Not to recommend anyone this store. ☹️ Giving one star because there is no option for ZERO star.
