Thanks so much Gil for the big delivery last night to sydenham bowling club. Catering for alot of people and various dietary requirements was made easy. Food arrived hot, on time and was yummy.
20th Nov Thursday, 7:30 PM , very rude female staff member. No reply to my HI, no thanks not even eye contact. Dragged the pizza towards me on benchtop. If you are reading this, hope your day gets better . If you don’t like your job then leave.
The pizza was extremely greasy, and the base tasted old and unpleasant. There was far too much sauce, and even though I paid for extra toppings, the toppings were actually less than what a normal pizza should have. I went back to the store, but it was already closed. Must be zero stars
I placed an order online at 9.38pm for pickup at 9.56pm (store closes at 10pm). When i arrived at the store at 9.55pm, the store was closed with all the lights off, chairs on tables and no sign of anyone at all (the open light was even still illuminated). I complained online (heard nothing) then called the store the next day, when someone answered i explained what had happened to which the phone went silent and then hung up on me, upon calling back the phone would not answer!. I just wanted the pizza i paid for, maybe i can get a response when the manager reads this because it really is not good enough. EDIT - I have complained through the feedback link provided and have had no response..
After a very long time I had amazing pizza from Pizza Hut, Sydenham. I have been a huge fan of Pizza Hut since a very long time. I would like to mention that the entire staff is very friendly and really approachable. Like always thank you Gill for looking after my order. Much appreciated.
The driver has taken 2 warmers out 2 his car after leaving them two on the counter 4 5mins
Worst pizza I've ever had. Please don't order from here. Zero customer service. Ordered classic veggie from this pizza hut, Toppings was missing, just the sauce and dough and some pineapple. What a shame.
Worst Pizza Hut ever. Ordered a meal deal with 2 Garlic Bread as the sides. Upon arrival at the store, I was notified that there was no Garlic Bread. I tried to leave with just my pizzas but a staff member made me order 2 replacement sides I did not want. I decided not to wait as my pizzas were already lukewarm and if I wanted Fries, I would have gone across the road to No-Name's where the chips are great. Physically stopping me leaving with my Pizzas until I agreed to replacement sides which I did not want is unacceptable. The only thing worse than Domino's Frozen on the Inside but Burnt on the Outside Garlic Bread is no Garlic Bread at all. Do yourself a favor and order from Barrington Pizza Hut instead.
Hey guys, thanks for delivering this cold, pathetic excuse for a pizza 35 minutes late. I love the way that there's so much of the pizza base without toppings on it, and where there are toppings they are so sparse. If you can't make and deliver a decent pizza on time, stop taking orders.
