   Usually we get KFC every Tuesday as our "Takeaways tuesday" for my partner and I, however over the last few months we've consistently noticed that almost every time, if not every second time we have issues. Either needing to repeat the order about 5 times in the drive through to missing items. Tonight was probably the last straw. We arrived at 7.30 and whilst the drive through had cars, it wasn't insanely busy. My partner ordered the Tower Burger Ultimate combo and the first question he was asked was "What burger did you want" 3x. We got to the window and paid only to find there was no burger in the bag. On a burger combo. This isn't the first time I've had issues with this particular order, several times the chicken and potato gravy has been missed out due to the staff not knowing what "Ultimate combo" means. I worked in hospitality before, I'm usually pretty patient however once is a mistake, twice or more is compliance. The food itself is good, once you get the right order eventually.

   Food was disgusting chicken was either hard and extremely dry or greasy as anything, rolls were chewy. Ordered 2 X 3 piece quarter packs and when I got home all the chicken was in one box and everything else in the other. Best thing about it was the can of drink!.

   4 days for the last 3 weeks in a row I have tried to get a meal that I have actually wanted, and have been met with sorry we have run out. Its basic stuff its not like it's a one off busy night its all the time now met with sorry no chicken! Its a KFC its literally in the name but yet there is no chicken to be eaten here.

   10 piece original bucket….does not equal 6 small drums and 4 very average greasy pieces…not impressed and asked prior to leaving if it wasn’t just drums and wings. The guy who packed said no it’s a good mix.well it wasn’t. Not the usual good service or quality delivered in the past.Had we lived closer and not north Canterbury I would have returned it.Therefore a review is required

   Ratshit again. Hate giving in to shopping here as its always been the same. Got told off once by a staff member for complaining about a bug in our lettuce yet keep giving in as every other kfc seems to be great. Dispite ordering what was required ( no mayo. No lettuce. No coleslaw for a diner ) no care was taken at all, so our diner with specific requests has missed dinner . We live over half a hour away not worth the trip back. Dont waste your time or money . Cant reach via phone

   This is by far the best KFC around Christchurch. They absolutely pump out orders the drive thru can be full spilling out onto the street and it still moves fast. I don't think I've ever had an issue in the year I've been coming here.

   I dont normally leave bad reviews, but seriously just don't go there. The chicken is disgusting, where are the herbs and spices definitely none in the chicken we received the pieces are small and what oil are you using ? the smell of it makes you sick.The customer service is none existant and the cleaning standards in the restaurant and toilets dont exist.Why do you run a long standing franchise without Adult supervision? It's time we all woke up and stop spending our hard earned money on food you wouldn't even feed your dog. I,m sorry KFC but enough is enough get your act together or you won't have a business left to run.

   Food is okay. However, last lot I had there was literally a grease puddle in the bottom of the bucket. I expect some, it's deep fried but I've never had this much, it made the chicken soggy. Also, why offer delivery on your app if you aren't going to offer it everywhere? Seems pointless to offer a service you can't provide.

   Food and service would be 4 stars but they forget any swap outs eg. P&G to change to chips or whatever it never happens correctly. Also never order a different sauce because that won't be added either it's been reoccurring so I check and return every single time now. Other than that great service friendly staff an restaurant tables and what not are generally quite clean and of they aren't then staff gladly bring it up to standard for you.

   Literally spent $60 at this restraunt between me and my partner one ultimate burger meal large, a deluxe quarter pack large and two pop corn chickens. First the chicken is sloppy and greasy af i order a quarter pack for dinner youd expect two decent sized pieces and a drum or wing but nope i got a rib and two wings the smallest pieces in the lot they offer 3/4 full large chips only positive i got fill my own drink meaning they couldnt scrouge me outta quarter of my drink when i ask for no ice my partners burger is cold and her pop corn chicken is stale. Maybe if you didnt employ a bunch of adolescents who pay no attention to the standard of food your restraunt is putting out you wouldnt get complaints do better!!
