   As a 10+ year frequenter of Sushi Ball House Briggs Road, it has been lovely to watch their operation evolve. The sushi balls themselves have always been sweet and addictive, the chicken well marinated and the rice is unique. The rice itself is almost sickly sweet, as is the mayo. Nowadays, you're handed a numbered ticket, and you get to see the rice ball made fresh and if you're in luck you experience a warm rice ball (which you may or may not like). They are quick and efficient, and provide good service as they always have. Their donburi and salmon singular pieces are also quite nice.

   Sushi balls are amazing - succulent, tasty, made to order. Just awesome. Customer service, though controversial for some, has been great for me. I am a regular customer, as soon as they see my car pull up outside they make my rice all and it’s ready by the time I enter. Atmosphere is a little “sad” and “dreary”. Prices have significantly climbed over the last couple years. Used to be cheap, not so awesome in terms of value now. Charges for extra mayo or teriyaki sauce are quite high, making it even less worth the price if you value a bit extra mayo or sauce. Overall, I will continue to return dispite the increasingly “not great” prices.

   Came here for the first time yesterday as my son raves about it. I went for the crispy chicken medium rice ball. Well, it was massive! I don't even want to know what the large ball looks like! I bit into it and it was warm, tasty and the chicken was moist and also crispy at the same time. I opted for avocado in my ball, bad choice - it tasted funky and I won't get the avocado again. The menu was good with a choice of different things to purchase. I service was great and friendly. At the time I was there it was quiet with a few students waiting for their lunch. Normally, the shop has a line outside waiting. All in all, I would go back again - I wouldjust choose something different to go with my crispy chicken or just have the chicken by itself. Thankyou Sushi Ball House - I will be back :)

   Absolute gem of a place, Very busy at times although you'll get that when they make the best rice balls in town. Even when it's busy service has always been great and I can't recommend enough. I always order mixed large rice balls with avocado.

   I finally had a chance to try the Shirley Sushi Ball House, comparing to the Ilam one, it looks like a better set up even when set amongst old shops. I ordered a large teriyaki riceball as its my preference and while the same great teriyaki flavour was there, there was a lot more rice vs meat compared to ilams, it was also roughly the size of a medium from Ilam, but it held together much better when unwrapping to eat. Will definitely be back as its closer to home, unfortunately my first time getting there after work they had a sold out sign up so it's probably just as busy as the Ilam one. The parking is a bit sketchy being on a corner with limited spaces.

   This place is my go-to for rice balls, they're the best I've ever had. Unfortunately because its so popular, it quite often is very busy, with a queue out the door. They're not open Sundays or in the evenings which is a shame.
