   You thinking about dining in? Nah don’t even think about it. Went in a big group on a packed night, ordered food which took ages to order and deliver due to the queue. Spent some time, ate then moved on. Few days later, here arrived the FINE for spending more than 60 mins in their carpark. Honestly this place is so bad you can even eat in peace without getting slapped with mediocracy. 10/10 don’t recommend. Just go Botany instead. Save your money. Yea nah just shut the parking lot down at this point and become a drive through only store.

   I've been around to a few McDonalds, and everytime I visit the Ormiston store I am not disappointed. Food and drink standard has been consistently great. Servers were also courteous almost every visit

   Ordered from drive thru around 30 minutes ago. The lettuce in my burger was awful—wilted, soggy, and definitely not fresh. I was too tired to go back for an exchange, but this really shouldn’t have been served in the first place. The staff need to pay much closer attention to the quality of what they’re putting into the burgers.

   We did not just wait in a long queue just to get a order wrong. I have no energy to drive back but not sure. What was the point in adding extra sauce to a Chicken & Bacon burger and y’all didn’t even put bacon in it. Is it even worth the money!

   Appalling I don’t often get offended by the quality of food that comes out of this place because it’s Mc Donald’s after all, you get what you pay for I ordered a quarter pounder combo, didn’t touch the fries because they were cold, hard and stale as per usual ( I honestly give up on getting fries anymore cause it happens every time) The onion in my burger was in massive raw chunks and my patty was dry and tasted like the stove it was cooked on. I will never eat here again, whoever owns this restaurant needs to make some big changes, especially training your staff correctly and making sure the food is fresh. I’d rather drive 10 minutes to botany, that Maccas has never disappointed me in 20 years

   Frankly quite appalled by the customer service around 8.59pm 07/06/23 I went through the drive through and requested ice in my drink while waiting for my order, in which the representative responded with “ I can’t we’re busy, can you park on the side and wait for your order”. Having worked in front of house customer service I understand the pressure of this line of work but that is no excuse to treat customers like the way I was treated. I am writing this review in the hopes that this franchise will take it as constructive criticism and work on improving the customer service skills of their employees.
