   Very nice customer service experience and kudos to this Store team. Due to raised lips of the phone case and Lenses positioning I need to have a Powerbank which has the Magsafe or Magnetic area as a bit riased so that it attaches to the Phone case or Phone properly. Staff members were kind enough to open the package to see if it will work for me or not. This gesture has been highly appreciated. Will be back again.

   Recently bought a 3D printer from this store. The one that I got unfortunately didn't have some parts (fault of the manufacturer). Michael, Jono and Vincent were very helpful and managed to sort this out for me very quickly. Definitely my go to place now for all 3D printing.

   I went here because I was having issues with my solar panel on my camper van. Ben, one of the employees was extremely helpful and helping me figure out the problem and trying to diagnose the issue which we couldn’t fully figure out, but he gave all the effort in the world and helps me learn some things about how to fix it in the future. I hope that he gets some praise for his Customer Service on this day.

They are open from 9 am to 5:30 pm on weekdays and from 9 am to 5 pm on weekends, making it easy to find a time to visit that works for you. Their location is also convenient, with plenty of parking available. So if you're looking for an electronic store with great products and amazing staff, look no further than Jaycar Electronics.
