   The Place is exceptionally clean, the food is very good. The Service of the staff is very good, they are very friendly. I visited KFC at 6:21pm and it was an amazing experience. I would like to express my sincere thanks to VICTORIA for being very friendly and made my whole experience wonderful. I would love to visit the place again only because of her extremely kind and sweet behavior.

   Of all the kfcs in nz, I'd say this outlet has the seemingly friendliest staff. All checking up on me to see if I'm alright or need help ordering. I see an all smiles multicultural team working behind the counter. My food arrived fast (Thursday night, 8pm). Seating area is tidy and clean. Keep it up guys!

   Just wanna share my experience: Came here last week on a rainy day drive through for a snack lunch, food came quickly right after I drove to the pick up window. Went back home found chips were cold and the chicken appeared to be missing a corner. Called the shop and informed the situation who apologised and promised to give me a free chicken and chip next time I came. Came back this morning to get a replaced chicken and chip but rather got offered a new snack lunch and they have given me a upsized chip. I ordered another 3 wicked wings. Really impressed by the customer service and the KFC food is always tastier when it’s hot especially chips. Photo attached

   Service good, not outstanding but very good. Food oh well I personally like my food warm ideally hot but alas not to be. Nothing was aside from the lukewarm coke I was given as part of meal. Needs work.

   Tried drive through at Manurewa, ordered a wicked feast - was not ready when at the delivery window. Had to wait at their car park and one of their staff brought my order. KFC has stopped hot and spicy range- missing it.

   Chicken and chips are usually fresh when it's very busy. Otherwise, old chips get mixed with freshly cooked chips. Health a Safety is 0/10. Toilets are always disgusting, and it's obvious the workers at Manurewa, Auckland, don't take the initiative to clean toilets regularly, even the tables, seats that need wiping. This is where customers come to eat. This should be at the forefront of any takeaway/dining food store, as it caters to many customers, besides excellent customer service. Health and Safery should Always be immaculate, clean, and smelling fresh in toilets as they are used continuously. People can catch a lot of things if they aren't. Makes one think how the employee's are within them selves and at home. Would there toilets, home, tables , floors be this way? If their father, mother, grandparents, or friends saw this, how would they feel? Would they care? One should always keep this in mind when serving customers as well as when health in safety is concerned in all takeaway and dining stores. My rating is what I've seen, observed when dining here at this KFC store in Manurewa.

   The supervisor on Monday this week, (Priya I think was her name) was very quick to replace my stale burger bun with no fuss and even gave me a bonus fries for the wait. Excellent service team! Food was hot and tasty and tables inside were nice and clean.
