   I’ve been a Royal Perks member for over two years and a regular Burger King customer, usually dining with my husband, kids, or with my co-teachers. I ordered through the app and even gave plenty of time before picking up, but it still took quite a while. I ordered a Rebel Whopper value meal, and when I politely asked for extra ketchup, the staff replied in a rude tone, “There’s already four in the bag, that’s enough!” It felt very dismissive and unprofessional. When I checked, there were only two ketchups in the bag, so not only was she unhelpful, but she also wasn’t honest. I was so upset! As a loyal customer, I expect better service and attitude. This experience was really disappointing. I find this attitude unacceptable, especially toward loyal customers. I am thinking of reporting this incident to Burger King Customer Service and or if I will send the photo of the staff privately for proper review and action. It’s not just about the ketchup, it’s about honesty, attitude, and customer care. A loyal customer shouldn’t be treated rudely or made to feel like asking politely is a problem. Nov 12, 12:20pm

   Just want to commend Caitlin for doing a tremendous job on 04 September around 4:15 when I came thru drivethru. Was having some trouble with the app and she sussed it out for me and gave me top level customer service. I wish all staff could be like her. She is a champion!

   Went through the drive through on the 7th of August around 10pm and ordered a le burger beef meal for the boyf and he absolutely loved it although I ordered 10 piece nuggets and spicy chicken chips. The spicy chicken chips were so good but the nuggets on the other hand were depressing! I’m not one to complain about food but I was so unimpressed. They were cold and were not crispy at all and had zero flavour and that’s not like BK at all. The girls who served me were so lovely the only problem I’m having is with those nuggets! Please fix them!

   Understaffed. Expect long waitings as cashier is left unattended for several minutes at a time before taking your order, even in quiet times. Friendly staff but not enough of them.

   Worse fast food joint ever. You will be waiting hours for your food here people. I waited 45 mins for a combo on a Saturday afternoon. They only focus on cars the people in the dinning room don’t matter… save yourself some time and go McDonald’s for better service. When I complained at the counter I got told “can’t do anything about it” ridiculous! Then they went in to have a laugh with the manager. Ridiculous!

   Drink machine screen was disgustingly dirty made it hard to pick a drink... didn't do flavour bursts like advertised... and waiting to order or waiting for your food as a walk in customer you are punished as you have to wait for drive through and uber to be served first... waited 15 mins in line to order and another 15 minutes for my food and there was 2 people in front of me and about 10 behind me... fast food restaurants need to appreciate their walk in customers a bit more than they do.. dined there 02/07/2023

   Worst experience ever. Did an app order, waited 20 mins to get the order then got the order wrong, no drinks and burger patties so hard that you can break your teeth. Went back in queue, waited 45 mins before getting to talk with anyone. They said they were short staffed hence the issue. Management should look into the issue of food safety when customers are served old patties. The queue was not long but very disorganised staff on shift!

   Went to Botany Burger King . Never again . Place was not the best , rather untidy , rubbish bins overflowing, and surprise, surprise when asked for a thick shake with my meal , girl said that the machine was broken . This is at 6.00pm in the evening. Their shake machines are never working. Have read that the machines take so long to clean , it is easier for them to say it is broken . They must be missing out on a lot dollars in non sales of shakes. Very disappointing. They used to be my favourite burger place , not any more . Bye Burger King .
