   Didn't have to wait too long for the food to come out, was fortunate enough to avoid peak time as it usually is quite busy due to being inside a shopping mall foodcourt Wish the non-classic burgers were cheaper though! New or special menu items cost $15+ just for the burger...

   I haven't eaten McDonald's since 2003 and never will again after an awful incident at McDonald's in Glasgow. I don't know why Google prompted me to rate McDonald's Botany when I live 346km away but they did so here we are.

   Ordered a bacon deluxe mccrispy chicken and they have me regular and only filled my chips half way on a large. On a slow Monday understandable if busy but it wasn’t.

   Bought 2 mates deals got home and never received 4 cheeseburgers. I guess my mistake for not checking properly.They always miss something in these deals. Chips were missing last time. Had to go knock on drive thru door last time. You start adding up what's missing overtime it becomes expensive for food you haven't eaten and annoying

   Second time last night (15/07/23) experiencing how horribly run this franchise is. There is no leadership by management and everyone looks absolutely lost. It wasn’t until this young lady(short chubby crew member) came back from her break that the lobby started clearing up. I wish I got her name but she deserves promotion for doing what the managers should have been doing. Running the shift!!!!

   served cheese burger with mould on it . when returned they try to say it was just flour yet none of the other buns were like it (ordered 4) - pick up your game !! terrible food terrible customer service . just own it

   Brought 2 x caramello McFlurrys over the weekend and recieved 2 x half McFlurrys as per photos.. when I questioned was told that's how we are trained to do them and more means extra cost to customers... so never recommend buying McFlurrys from them.... highly disappointed

   The wrost mcDonalds, ordered large fries and 2 large frozen coke at 3am today and was very dissaponted about what i got, waitress was like she was working for her first time, ordered Large drinks came back with the small ones and told us to go without giving straws . The large fries weren’t even half filled and the drinks as well.
