   Was not impressed with the food, messed up my order just to receive a chicken McMuffin that Ronald Mc Donald had a good old goon over, looks like the aftermath of a McDonald work due playing soggy biscuit. Not happy :(

   You really should consider shutting this store down or replacing the staff and the manager. The level of quality and hygiene here is an embarrassment to the McDonald’s brand. No one seems to care, and no one is managing the operation properly. You should take a serious look at the team’s work attitude and kitchen practices. Out of five English muffins I ordered, four had pieces of eggshell inside. Is this your new recipe? Ridiculous. We are considering reporting this to the City Council for inspection, or even bringing this incident to the media.

   Everytime I come here there's always something wrong with my order, this morning (30 Nov 2025) I ordered 1 coffee via drive thru, thats all. And they served all the other cars after me, as a barista myself it should take under 2 mins to make a coffee, I ended up waiting almost 10 mins. When I got my coffee it was cold, they forgot the caramel syrup. I really don't get it, if you don't like working there find another job and give it to someone else. The service just gets worse by the day and its not worth it tbh. I wish they would start rebuilding the one in pakuranga, it was way better.

   There is one guy who’s usually taking orders in the drivethru. He needs and definitely deserves a payrise. Every single time without fail, we have a great experience when this guy is working, he KNOWS customer service, He’s super friendly and welcoming. I always forget to ask for his name. He’s a young guy. This guy always makes mine & my partners experience 10/10! This guy definitely deserves a pay rise & some recognition for how he is.

   We’ve been ordering food here sm times and every time we miss stuff in our orders like cheeseburger, condiments especially fries. Today (Thursday 24th August) we had a big order w 7 fries and we only got 5, & the 5 fries we got weren’t even full they looked like small fries and we ordered large and medium. Then we ordered the large share box ($50) which is supposed to come with 4 Big Macs and 2 cheeseburgers and we got no cheeseburgers. I also paid for 2 extra sweet&sour sauce and got none like what is this guys When we pay for stuff, we are expect to get what we paid for.

   Absolute worst experience ever. Waited about 30min for our eat in order, while all the while it was standing on the counter in take away bags. No staff member called out our order number at all. The food was cold and dry!!! We had spicy chicken burger meals x2 and x2 McChicken meals, all extra dry. It was extremely unpleasant, the service, food and atmosphere. A TOTAL DISASTER AND DISSAPOINTMENT.

   I was overcharged when i bought some food there,i only noticed when i checked my account balance,i then went back and explained the situation to the Manager,and she resolved the issue amicably. To the Manager i would like to say a BIG THANK YOU,you treated me with respect and dignity and i felt very welcome. Please keep up the good work !!!!!!!!

   Sadly the food quality has dropped over the last 6 months. My last review was great, nice hot fresh food, quick service. Today I had to wait and still got cold soggy fries and a big Mac that was thrown together with heaps of lettuce. I use the app often but find when it's a deal the food is junk, ie stale buns. Very disappointed.
