Me and my friend purchased items from this establishment and we were accused of stealing, pulled out by security while we hadn’t done anything wrong. Please check your cameras before calling security on your customers! Thankfully we had receipts and proof that we hadn’t stolen.

My grandkids love this toy shop. They always ask me to buy Lego and it’s perfect because they always have sales. Highly recommend to buy toys here as the staff here are friendly. Plus side the shop is well organised so it makes it easy to find what you need. Will be back to shop for Christmas.

No stars!!! Never going back to Toyworld Botany again! Horrible refund policy! Had to practically force them to make a refund. And the item is less than $20! I felt as if it was the Dollar shop and not a big company. Shame I spent so much on that store before.

Feedback emailed to Toyworld. There was a younger staff today at the Toyworld Botany Downs branch who was extremely rude. We have bought toys every visit and am now never returning to this store. He would stand close and stare at kids touching the toys. My little one is only two years old, supervised and this unwelcoming behaviour right infront of a parent is uncalled for. There are better and nicer ways to approach this than to stare angrily at children. It doesn't matter if you have a good selection of toys if your staff is this uninviting. I would understand if he only did this for those who were rough with the toys but even then would expect some degree of emotional intelligence. I am sure other parents who were there today have experienced the same as I saw him do it to many other children. If you do not want kids touching your toys then don't open a brick and mortar store next to the playground. Your staff should know exactly who I am talking about. I wouldn't have bought these if my wife was as unforgiving as I am.
Simply magical. I could go broke fulfilling my own inner-child's wishes, and of course our actual child's! A great mix of imaginative and educational toys, open-ended toys and learning kits, all set in a wonderfully accessible location with lots of nearby parking.
Always plenty of variety and with regular specials or discounts. For this reason I wouldn't buy anything at full price because sooner or later everything comes on sale sometime during each six months. The shop is a children's paradise with so much to see and want, and I'm sure great too for the adults who are Lego collectors.
