   Below average, in my opinion. I gave the food 3 stars on behalf of my son who loves the chicken here. $18 for 3 chicken nibbles, chips and a drink - way overpriced in my opinion $14 for a kids burger and chips. To be fair, the burger looked good and then I took a bite. Should be called a mayonnaise burger. There was so much the bun was soggy. I was assured it was not spicy.... turns out it was. Yes, I took a gamble given it is a "spicy chicken" place Whilst the food was freshly cooked, I do not believe the cost is justified Slow service considering the place was empty Zero atmosphere. Staff that seem to be daydreamers. Dirty feel to the "restaurant"

   Ordered the $15 special as per the board outside. Got told it wasn’t available as it’s an old sign , then why don’t you just remove the sign instead of misleading customers. This is false advertising. If you are out of drumsticks then simply say. Please ensure you are stocked up as this is a chicken place, I visited just after 10am. 1 star would not recommend on service alone. Chicken is disgusting, oily no flavour , cheap Chinese takeaway would have tasted better.

   Had lunch at Wicked Chicken Manukau, and to my surprise, the meal exceeded all my expectations. We ordered the Chicken Sliders, Chicken Tenders with Chips combo, and a side of Curly Fries—and everything was fantastic. The sliders featured a perfectly crispy chicken tender, coleslaw, and a flavorful spicy sauce, all served on a soft, delicious bun. The Chicken Tenders combo was just as impressive, with three massive strips of chicken, a generous portion of fries, and a drink. The curly fries were another highlight—crispy, well-seasoned, and, of course, perfectly curly. I’ve been to a few Wicked Chicken locations before, but this one is by far the best. If you’re craving great fried chicken and you’re in Manukau, this is the spot to check out!

   I’d recommend this restaurant for a maximum of a 3 person group. If your in to trying something different, this restaurant should definitely be a option. Although their chicken was on the dryer side, beside that the waffles we did get was soft & cooked to perfection. The mild chicken is what I would consider very spicy, so if you know you can’t handle spice opt for the lass spicy version.

   We walked in thinking of trying out a new place other than Nando’s. The Menu looked gud with nice deals. We ordered a meal with a Burger Wings n Fries. Firstly we were told that the order would take 10-12 minutes which was ok with us. It eventually arrived after almost half an hour. Well almost complete, 2 out of 3, even though all 3 meals were the same. The wings took another 8-10 minutes to arrive. The chicken burger had no mayonnaise, but had pickles! Really! The fries were limp and soggy. The wings was just fried wings with a soupy sauce drizzled over it which smelt like it had raw paprika in it. All in all I would not recommend this restaurant. Give it a miss. Next door is way better.
