   I visited Wendy’s Manukau and received great service. Manpreet, who was working in the front of house, was very nice and friendly. Even though it was very busy, she remained calm, handled the pressure well, and served customers with a smile. Overall, it was a great experience.

   Slowest Wendy's experience I've had. Took 25 minutes to get our food. Used table service, food wasn't hot, was like it had been sitting for a while. Should of went to Carl's Jr.

   Not too bad of an experience compared to what I’ve read. The facility was clean. We went prior to Halloween and the staff were dressed and store was Halloween themed. As a customer you do have to request for a code which I can totally understand why. Our burgers were cooked good and tasted good. Overall, wouldn’t mind returning to try others on the menu.

   The staff need training and they need to be clear in their communication with the customers. I was given something I did not order and in order for me to get a refund, I would have had to go into the store. I went into the drive through to specially avoid going into the store as I was in a hurry. A good lesson learnt to avoid this place.

   This Wendy's was great to eat at. With the Chili beans I received dipping sauce as well as crackers which I've never had those extra at Mt Wellington or Penrose Wendy's It was good customer service Place was clean

   An experience I wanted to enjoy with my kids. I’ve never met staff so ignorant in my life. Their attitude stinks from the front counter. The lovely kids in the back working so hard but their front staff need to go find a hole and crawl into it. They were hesitant right from the start to take our order looking so stand off and unwelcoming. During the entire process of ordering eyes rolling, yawning happening that I’m so certain of. We ordered and repeated the order like 3x and even had the woman repeat to me upsize and it still came to us at Value size. I understand we make mistakes but this was beyond me. It was their attitude from the start. Then we finally get our order only to have items missing. I ask them and got all the disapproving looks even asked for my other item missing to the lady who took my order and she rolled her eyes and flicked off to another poor lady just standing there unsure of what she’s even saying. I understand when the order comes. So sad, such an awesome chain has to be let down because of the zero skills in customer service and their lack of enthusiasm for their restaurant. So disappointing!!! If you don’t like your job please give the opportunity to people with people skills.

   Visited Sat 5 Aug 2023 @ 4:30 PM. Table service available. Wait was about ~25 Minutes after ordering which they did apologize (unprompted) for. Staff appeared to be very new and not yet experienced - things in the kitchen appeared to be done rather slowly. Burgers were not good this time (cold / not fresh unlike previous Wendy's dining experiences). Chips were alright. The "Mates Rates" deals may not be the best value. The smaller $5/$6 Meal deals appeared to be better value.

   Dined in for the full experience, and it wasn't worth the hype. Everything is overpriced, would not be coming back. Restaurant/Indoor Seating There were flies in the restaurant, it was dirty and didn't smell pleasant. Toilets are locked. You need to request keys from staff to access. Food Ordered Baconator, Chicken Club, Avocado Bacon Supreme, and Baconator Load Fries. Burger buns are nice and fluffy, which is a different variety to other fast-food places. Burgers are flat and look squashed. Loaded fries were a disappointment. Overall, it doesn't look appetising. Service Slow service inside and at drive-thru, although Cars were waiting for about 30mins during our dine-in time (4pm-4.30pm on 11/12). Staff delivered to our table, which was nice and something different. Portion The large cup size is ginormous in comparison to the large chips. Maybe go a meal size down if you can't finish your drink in one sitting Parking - Small parking lot with tow away sign if you exceed allocated 90min parking limit.
