Our usual place was closed today so we decided to dine here. Let me tell you that it has been a very very long time (it use to be called Kalye Manila) since I was last here because I have moved away from the area and... we really enjoyed the food today! Your Bicol Express was our 2nd most favourite from the many many Filipino restaurants we have dined all over NZ. My only feedback is that the caldereta had fatty meat (although the meat overall was soft and tender). Parking has plenty. Service was good. Prices were AMAZING!! We were lucky because we came during Super Saver days. Our dishes were $15 each! If we are in the area again, we will Come again!

Ive had a fair bit of authentic Filipino food and came here hungry. this is one of the most bland Filipino food i’ve had. Dinuguan which is normally my favourite did not have that fatty beautiful sour, it was powdery and vinegary. Meat was dry. They call this β€˜crispy’, its just dry and bland. The caldereta lacks that tomato likeness, its more cheesy and not in a good way. No flavour. Servings are small, and isnt worth the price (130). Why the pancit taste like play doe?? Night market filipino food far exceed this which is wild. If you want some really nice filipino bbq there is also noys bbq which is fire. This is hindi sarap family. If youre missing nanays foodies, there are much better options.

Oddly it was Christmas themed in early October, too early or didn’t take down last year’s decorations? The food was amazing though, can’t fault any of it. It’s quite a drive from central Auckland but I would go back any time I’m passing through Manukau for sure!

Ito ay masarap (It is delicious) This is a great restaurant to patronise. Today, we celebrate our daughter's birthday, and we make reservations for 6. When we came in, we were welcomed by the staff, and I must mention that Angie and her crew had done a great job making us feel at home. We ordered a few familiar dishes, and we didn't wait too long for the food to be served. The food is delicious and especially the sisig (pork) on the hot plate, it's the best I've ever had. I highly recommend it. The other dishes were all authentic and good. It would be almost perfect if they played OPM in the background...

Easily the best Filipino restaurant in Auckland - and I’ve tried them all. The service was flawless, and every dish we ordered was absolutely delicious, each one a 10/10. We dined with a Kiwi chef who also rated it highly. Can’t recommend it enough.

Tricky place to get to and same with their parking lot, they bays are numbered so park only on ones that are marked B1. Wish they have a signage that says this particular spot is for Jeepney customers. Restaurant was clean, music was not too loud. Service was fast but food was only okay. The pork toppings were crunchy and delicious but their silvanas need a little bit more sweetness. Not too bad, not the best either.
