Bought 2 sandwich packs. Cheese and onion and egg salad along with 2 savouries for my grandchildren. Went to open them and sandwiches were dry and hard.the cheese was stiff. Definitely not fresh like the shop advertises. Really pissed off as by the time we did come back to the shop it was closed and had no way now of returning them for a refund. I will be coming back to discuss this with you further. I don't appreciate being ripped off with 2 day old food. I paid by credit card. You will have proof of purchase. They were dumped in the bin outside your shop. Furthermore. Your hours on your website states 4.30pm closure on Saturdays. I definitely don't appreciate travelling back to your store at 2.10pm only to find your doors are closed for the day. I'll be back on Monday 8th December. See you then.

Love love love this place! I come here once a week for my local. Absolutely love the owners enthusiasm for the bakery and the locals. They are so friendly. Really is such an awesome gem of a bakery. Great coffee, Beautiful cupcakes and delicious pies! Their chicken and cranberry pie is amazing.
