Purchased a Teenage mutant ninja you Friday 5th September and the lovely gentleman in the pink vest was extremely helpful. I called before hand and he was awesome. Went in store and he really took the time to tell me about he product and the current sale. Thank you kindly sir. I am sorry I didn’t catch your name, but you deserve to be recognised. Hard to find good customer service! I will not hesitate to buy at Sylvia park Toy world again.
Was teaching my daughter to check out and use money. The Asian boy at the counter noticed this and being very very patience, encouraging and communicating with my daughter with huge smile on face. My daughter is now confident to checkout herself and arrived home taking about her experience at Toyworld. Definitely a 5 star for this shop and the Asian boy ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
Customer of 12 years, friendly mother of 3 kids, spent loads in this store (despite it being an expensive shop). Out buying loads of gifts for Christmas yesterday. I was asked to leave my bags at the counter. This insulted me and made me feel accused of being a theif - no other store did that to me yesterday. Plus I could see my bags could get stolen from by the door, so then my items would be at risk?! I will never be back.
They have a habit of jacking up prices before sales (encountered this during black Friday and boxing day sales this year). Also, they don't price match either (I've tried multiple times and the manager keep refusing). We've found ToyCo to have better prices on most days (sometimes around 10% cheaper than Toyworld's sale price!)

We purchased 59 presents for our Children's Christmas party and everything was wrapped, labeled and sorted perfectly in accordance to our instructions. Amazing customer service! This was a while back, but I remember walking in around Christmas last year and was greeted by a lovely man at the door and engaged in conversation w him. The staff at the registers were just as lovely and had some laughs with them as well :)
Great shop- I like to visit it time to time. Always friendly staff that are happy to help with your shopping needs. Good prices and sometimes discounts too. The good thing is that they have a good variety of toys for all ages- you have plenty to choose from.
