Both of my grand children (3 year old boy, 5 year old girl) have been going here for the past 2 years. Lynda is really friendly, the staff seem well motivated and I am very happy that our kids are learning to swim and are very confident in water. I would recommend this to school anybody in the area.
We have been coming to Swimsation Papakura for years, and the swimming teachers are excellent. They are patient, professional, and make lessons enjoyable for the kids. Unfortunately, the experience is let down by the receptionist, Meggan. She is consistently rude, unapproachable, and dismissive. Even when asking simple questions, her tone and body language make it clear that parents are not welcome to seek clarification. This kind of attitude creates unnecessary stress for families and leaves a very poor first impression when entering the centre. One star less just because of the reception otherwise you are awesome :-)
Experienced a very disturbed incident after having our daughter attended swim school for 5 months. Do not recommend the school as incident happens, but there should be someone who can work to resolve the issue. I asked Lynda about our rights as a Customer and requested about policy if they have any. She didn't have any answer and asked us to leave while our daughter is still in the swim class. We have paid $240 for this month of September but will not be going any further. Not sure we are going to get refunds or not. I asked Lynda how I can take this further to higher management, I was not provided with any information and instead asked me to leave or she will call police. Really, I was asking for my rights as a customer and if you don't have an answer then you call police... I was not harming anyone and I was asking if you don't have answers then give me details of someone who can answer. Anyway, we left the premises and will not be ever returning to these premises. Hope owner would read this comment and call me to understand what happened. Kind Regards Ankur
Angel has been absolutely awesome with our son Kylo, it is wonderful to see Kylos confidence in the water continue to grow in conjuction with having fun. We appreciate the patience you put in with him Angel. Highly recommend swimsation papakura.
Overall, our experience with Swimsation has been positive. The staff genuinely care about the kids, and the environment feels professional but more importantly, welcoming. We don’t usually leave reviews, but we want to say how much we appreciate Heart. She’s kind, attentive, and clearly cares. She always takes the time to check in on our child’s progress and makes us feel seen. Swimsation, you’ve made a great hire with Heart, and that speaks to the quality of the whole team. We hope she and everyone at Swimsation know how much they’re appreciated.
Our daughter have been going here from Feb this year. While she was in the tiny turtle class, the trainer (Ben) was really good and also encouraged our daughter to do well. We were really happy with it. But, as soon as she moved to “star fish”, the encouragement and support from the trainer is very disappointing. Have also expressed our feedback to the management.
My husband arranged his day to take my daughter to her swimming lesson at 11.45am only to find it was cancelled. Only got a phone call that is was moved to 11.45 from 1200 due to lane congestion. We never got an email for cancelled class. This is bad management considering we were mucked around before also as we arrived for our 11.30 class , my daughter wasn't on the swim list and had to wait till 12.00 slot. Totally not impressed and annoyed!
This director Fiona is so misleading We never went to swimming classes abd she didn’t mention in email that she is holding place We never got asked to pay deposit so we said yes assuming it’s not in contract We couldn’t make it during covid reasons and she sent us email to pay the fee Taking her to court it’s not about the fee, we already paid by the way but ITS MISLEADING PEOPLE to take book ins The reason I want to take her to court so she won’t mislead other people. We already donated fee Don’t enrol your child tbh
Instructor was great. Young but good with my 4m old. Place didn’t look clean….didn’t feel clean which is disappointing as i was hoping to join the classes
