Great family business, great people. Family are always helpful and supportive. Worked with them for few years and throughout my time there they were very supportive and helpful. They also cared for their colleagues. Left for Australia but definitely be the first place to go back to if I ever move back to N.Z.
Communication was not great throughout the process of getting items rectified under warranty. But the issue was resolved And a follow up call received. Happy with the outcome.

would never deal with this company again in my life they never turn up on time they have been working on my roof for over a month and still not finished no care in the world about how long it has taken was a second rate job on most of the roof and the flashings in parts looked like they were done by a blind man using false teeth
Be careful from these people. They say something and do something when the time comes they escape. Especially the Guy from concept roofing is so rude and also his Business manager is the same. They hold our job for months and when the time came, they start to make things. I will ask builders and developers around. Be careful from these people.
