   Went to sort out our dinner at 9:40 pm after attending an event in the city. We were about 15 people and asked the staff on duty to serve us, but he denied, saying that he was closed for the day and had to save stuff for the next day, and then started to close the store. How come he decides to turn us awày with such rude behaviour ànd expects customers the next day. We would love the manager of the store to step in to investigate this matter

   I went to Subway Mission Bay at 9:40 PM, but the staff said they were closed even though the website shows closing time as 10 PM. I just wanted a vegetarian footlong, but was told they needed the bread for tomorrow. Disappointing experience — customers should be served until closing time.

   On Sunday 23rd of April I went to this subway for some dinner for me and my family and the staff were rude and slow. I was simply just asking a question about the order and the lady serving me was rude and blunt. I have also heard from other people this subway's behaviour has maintained this way. Food was very average and wasn't fresh at all, won't be returning.

   This would be one of my favourite subway stores as the food is constantly fresh ,Staff are friendly and great customer service always and nice outdoor seating over looking Mission Bay ! Big thumbs up

   Perhaps not the best subway but definitely one of the better subways around. It is nice to see that they are now using decomposable bowls for their salads. They also pay attention to the small details, which make a big difference. Tomatoes are flavourful and ripe, cucumber is crunchy and thinly sliced, and their iceberg lettuce is firm and fresh. One thing I would prefer is for them to pack their salads in a bit more generously so it’s not so airy inside - especially for a 'large' serving. Sandwiches are great and perfectly toasted, doused with a good amount of sauce.

   Nice and fresh burgers. The timing have now changed to 8.30. Start. They do have small mini shop to buy chocolates or other snacks you want.
