   Probably the best I have stayed in while in Pukekohe. Convenient location and the rooms at the back are quiet even though the motel is just off a main road. Rooms are nice enough and have plenty space.

   Had a great start here for a few days, the reception lady is great easy to approach when needing anything. The room service team is fantastic as well in doing their part and very friendly. Room 8 has great size rooms upstairs, spacious living room lounge downstairs. Great for a family of 6

   I am really sorry if you have booked to stay at this place. I travel weekly for work, all over NZ, and can honestly say this is one of the worst places I have stayed at. We stayed here the weekend of Pearl Jam concert. If there was anything else available and I could have got my money back, I would have. The unit was filthy. Couch stained and broken. Food encrusted on it. Dishes and cups still dirty but I couldn’t wash them properly due to the watered down detergent. Tea towels smelly. Scrubbing brush caked in old food and hair. Mould in the bathroom. Cracked and broken shower walls. Peeling paint. Filthy carpet. Frayed and worn. This place just made us feel yuck and even though we had brought our own food to cook, we couldn’t do it. All the cutlery was greasy and dirty. The cutlery drawer had old food in it. Everything was just yuck. The owner was rude and unhelpful. DO NOT STAY HERE. Sorry if you’ve already booked for Cold Play.

   Great place to stay, it was really clean, quiet and spacious. The bed was fairly soft but it was very comfortable. The heat pump kept us cool all night. We could watch the TV while in bed. The kitchen was very well equipped with toaster, microwave, fridge with tiny freezer for our ice-pack, and electric fry pan. The sheets and towels were excellent quality. Great shower. Allocated parking right outside our unit. Security cameras in the carpark was a good idea. We were really impressed.

   Lovely room and clean, location fantastic so close to the city center. Friendly staff. Only thing was a very unpleasant smell from the bathroom not sure if it was coming from the drain.
