   They are truly amazing! They're the best dentists I've ever had. Justin did my first capped teeth approx 10years ago& they are still perfect. Now I need another couple of caps I know who to see. ALL of their Dentists are gentle dentists! :)

   Very disappointed as I was told I would be very well looked after, Thad to have anaesthetic reapplied 3 times as what they were trying to do (tooth extraction) hurt immensely. After the tooth was extracted I got sat up and told “no alcohol and no smoking” they proceeded to take me to the front desk and make me pay $300 for next to NO aftercare information 1 measly little cotton bud and a giant bleeding hole in my mouth (tooth extracted 4 hours ago and it’s still bleeding like crazy).

   I chose this dental clinic solely based off of it's google reviews. Since then, my partner and I have had nothing but great experiences with our dentist, Justin Foo. Within the last year, we have seen him three times. I dont think we've ever met a dentist that you can totally trust and who will not purposely misinform you, just to get more money out of you. For example, when I went to see Justin myself for sore gums/teeth, he did a couple of xrays on my teeth then told me that there isnt any damage or cavities that he can see and that my teeth really just needs a good clean. If I recall correctly, it was less than $300 for the consultation, the xrays and the clean. Really affordable compared to other dentists. I was surprised that he didnt try to make me get fillings here and there for extra money so I asked him, "are you sure I dont need fillings or something?". He laughed and repeated himself that all I need is a thorough clean to remove some plaque but that's about it. He added that I should get my teeth cleaned annually but nothing urgent needed to be done right now. My partner has just seen Justin today for his 2nd time so Justin took an xray of his teeth and was mortified at how bad my partner's teeth were. He took us through the xrays and pointed out 2 abscesses as well as multiple cavities. He recommended that the 2 with abscesses are extracted, then we can decide whether to save one of the teeth with a huge cavity and that realistically, it may not even survive a root canal so extracting it too should be considered. For all of this work plus an additional xray, Justin quoted us $885 and told us to seek help from WINZ where we can. He said that he will start with the extractions then he will fill the tooth with the huge cavity before he can recommend whether it requires a root canal or extraction. The additional x-ray is to check the side of my partner's mouth that isn't in pain. He suspects that there will be issues there too. My point is, Justin will only do the work that you need especially if you don't have the funds for anything other than what is problematic now. So, if you are looking for a knowledgeable dentist, who is happy to include you in your care plan throughout the entire process, who is a total nerd with teeth and oral care, and will only charge you the bare minimum, then look no further. I can totally recommend Gentle Care Dentists in Panmure especially Justin Foo. The Google reviews are legit. We almost don't want to share him.

   Went to see Dr. Simon Yam for routine checkup, xrays and clean+polish (as I was recommended by my friend) - initially I was really nervous, but he was very gentle and even during the polish there was hardly any pain - it was the most comfortable I've felt having my teeth cleaned in decades! the dental assistant was also very gd and she made sure I didn't choke on any water either - highly recommended!! will be going here from now on!
