   Hi Kidzteeth, I just wanted to share some feedback from my toddler’s appointment today. From the reception team to Dr. Nina and her nurse assistant, everyone was truly amazing. They were so gentle, patient, and professional throughout the whole visit. They made my little one feel comfortable and safe, and it’s clear they really know what they’re doing.    Can’t say enough good things about this practice. My children (7yo & 2yo) have a congenital enamel disorder and after years of bouncing around practices I am so grateful we finally found Kidz Teeth. Firstly, Kimberly (Front Desk) is incredibly helpful, patient and accommodating, she has helped us feel comfortable at each appointment and it is such a pleasure communicating with her, she is very knowledgeable and fantastic at her job. Secondly Dr. Nina and her team are the epitome of professionalism and kindness. She has seen both my son and daughter multiple times. Their attention to making both of my children feel comfortable doesn’t go unnoticed, they are always happy to return and never fearful of the dentist because of the extra effort Nina and her team make. Furthermore as parents we walk out happy and incredibly well informed. Thank you so much to Dr. Nina, Kimberly and the whole team at KidsTeeth. From a grateful mum of two children with a congenital tooth condition :)

   Nina Vasan has been amazing with my 11 year old daughter. My daughter had extreme dental anxiety and some dental issues that needed attention. We had tried another dentist as well as the free clinic, no one could touch her. Nina immediately put my daughter at ease by explaining everything as she did it. She even gives the child a mirror to hold so that they can see exactly what is happening. My daughter had a general anaesthetic and had all her issues fixed by Nina. The hospital staff were wonderful and empathetic, catering for an anxious child. Today my daughter went for her check up with Nina with absolutely no mention of anxiety. She had a full check up and clean with no problems. She really likes and trusts the staff at Kidz Teeth. I wish we had gone there much sooner.

   I can’t speak highly enough of Dr. Nina Vasan and the team at Kidz-Teeth. My son has just aged-out of this first rate pediatric dental service after over a decade of care and we are very sad to have to say goodbye. My son is on the Autism spectrum and came to Dr. Vasan after some early dental trauma. Within a few visits he was RUNNING from the car up to see Dr. Vasan each time we arrived. I’ll repeat that: A child running to see his dentist!!! The level of care and professionalism we experienced at Kidz-Teeth was exceptional. I would recommend them without hesitation to any parent, but especially to those who have children with developmental issues.

   I received very poor advice from a staff member here. I called to book an appointment for my 6 year old daughter who needs a tooth extracted. We have never attended this practice before. Without asking me any specific questions and without seeing any dental records at all, I was advised that my daughter would need general anaesthetic to have her tooth extracted and it would cost $3,000 - $5,000. It’s not the price that surprised me, it’s the fact that someone would recommend general anaesthetic for a tooth extraction without knowing any details at all or seeing any X-rays. General anaesthetic should only be used for serious surgeries. Very poor advice and poor practice. I did however very much appreciate the prompt service. I sent an email enquiry last night and received a call back at 8:30am this morning.

   We had the pleasure of dealing with this great group of people. Not fortunate circumstances as our toddler broke his tooth on the plane, but everything else about them was purely professional and painless. Right from our first appointment through to recovery after the tooth got pulled. You are the best!! Will recommend you to everyone. Thank you Dr Nina and team ( front lady included)
