The service was superb. I cannot remember when last I attended a shop where all staff were super helpful. Needed a wee, and this place had the cleanest facilities I have seen in a retail environment. Keep up the great service GW team.
This store gets 10/10 for service, professionalism and knowledge of products. I purchased a Taylormade set a few months ago. The manager, Ivan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was also very patient and understanding of what I needed for my swing style. I was, - and am extremely happy with my golf set. I also contacted the store about arranging a coaching / fitting session for my son. Again, The Golf Warehouse Mt Wellington went above and beyond my expectations. Sam and the team have been fantastic. knowledgeable and friendly. Sam has answered questions from what ball to use to the right apparel to have, and most recently went through the process of fitting irons. I’m pretty new to golf, and the team seem to have the same level of enthusiasm for helping people as they do the game of golf. Would recommend any new golfers to shoot in and have a chat about what’s right for them to improve their game.
Golf Warehouse Mt.Wellington has been really helpful with my golfing needs. I bought heaps in there and never have been disappointed with my purchases. Ivan and team made sure that I’m well accommodated every time I’m in the store. Recently I bought a club there and few days after it went on sale, I mentioned that to Ivan and he immediately offered me a store credit. That was very nice gesture and a nice way to make customers feel really important. One of the many reasons I keep coming back to this store.
