   It took almost an hour for our food to be served, and when it finally arrived, the food was cold. The staff were not accommodating and showed little concern about the long delay. The food was average, nothing special and definitely overhyped. While the prices are affordable and parking is free, these positives don’t make up for the poor service. The ambience is just like any regular restaurant, with moderate noise levels and nothing memorable. The toilets were dirty and had an unpleasant smell, which is unacceptable for a restaurant. Overall, this place is not recommended, especially if you’re in a hurry. A very frustrating visit.

   We ordered takeaway from Nando's Botany, a large family meal which is a full chicken with two large sides. The chips was, I would say, medium to large. That's okay, but the salad was in a large box, but that box barely had a quarter salad in. Uh, look at the photo. This is just terrible. Rip off, not good. If you bought this same large salad separately it would cost $11.50.

   Great food – I always enjoy my meals here! This place has become my go-to spot for a tasty and satisfying meal. There’s just one thing I wish they would improve: the drink options. They don’t offer Coca-Cola, Sprite, or Pepsi in cans – only bottled versions, and the taste just isn’t the same. It would be great if they could offer canned soft drinks as well. Other than that, love the experience!

   This is a very spacious Nandos that can really get busy on weekends. Service has always been good. There can be a bit of a wait sometimes as many uber orders are done from this store. But we've always had a nice experience dining here.

   The service took extremely long. The plates didn't arrive all at once, but in a completely random order. It was so expensive, it was really a ripoff. I paid $5.90 for a couple of undercooked broccoli on a plate.

   After ordering at 0622 the first chicken arrived at 0757 after being told that the order had been lost in the kitchen and I had to go to the front desk and give my receipt so they made the order . Even after all the time we went through they didn’t even say so much as an apology. I am diabetic and held off on eating before coming and ordering and I had felt lightheaded and drowsy since I hadn’t eaten much, I was hoping the food would arrive earlier. And even so another table that sat next to us had waited a maximum of 15 minutes before their whole order was served and as for us they had served plate by plate.

   Restaurant is in a premium location but might as well been in a back alley. Despite not being overly busy multiple tables uncleared and left dirty. Told would be a 25minute wait and they only had one server on who was on the til. Food was meh, chips cold, thin piece of chicken. I expect better for the price and location than what was received. Plenty of other options in the town square which is what I would recommend.

   I've been protesting outside a few Nando's lately because I am disappointed about their lack of progress on chicken welfare. Their branding and online presence seems to suggest they care about chicken welfare, and yet they don't even support the Better Chicken Commitment. What's with that?
