   This is my third visit with Krystal and all three appointments have exceeded my expectations! Such a kind and thorough technician, very clean studio and very intentional with clients wants and needs. She customises the lash sets to best accentuate your eye shape and always makes sure to achieve the desired look. Super happy with the outcome and her overall service.    Absolutely enjoyed my experience! Thank you Krystal for being attentive and accommodating. Being a mama I haven’t been able to pamper myself in such a long time. I’ve also had trouble with lash extensions getting allergic reactions. However this time my eyes didn’t swell and didn’t react which I’m so grateful for! I wanted full dramatic lashes for my Pageant event and that’s exactly what I got. I will be visiting Krystal’s salon very soon xx

   I was in desperate need to have my lashes redone. Krystal made time to fit me in on a Sunday which was amazing ! she communicated all necessary information prior to my appointment and was fantastic throughout. She answered all my questions about lash extensions which was really helpful. When it came to the removal of my old lashes and her application, she took her time . I am so happy with my lashes, and how they look so natural this time around. Will definitely be back for a more dramatic look. The place is clean, and comfortable. I have already recommended krystal to a friend of mine - thank you!

   Professional, efficient and immaculate. I love how she makes me feel comfortable and at ease in her studio. I always get complimented by my lashes because of Krystal and it makes me feel confident. I am so glad I found her and I will definitely go back.    I cannot recommend Krystal enough!! I had been to two other lash artists prior to Krystal, both whom I had bad experiences with and had almost sworn off doing lashes again. One of my friends recommended Krystal in 2019 and while I was skeptical, I decided to book in with her. Thank goodness I did, I have never been to another lash artist since because I wouldn't trust anyone else. Despite having my lashes done twice before, I had never understood the differences between sets. Krystal was extremely patient and went to great lengths to ensure I understood the effects of each set and made recommendations based on what I wanted. At the same time, her service is great and 100% worth what you pay! My lash retention is great and I've never experienced any kind of irritation or soreness. Krystal is always punctual, super lovely to chat with but also understands when you've had a long day and need a nap :) Thanks Krystal!
